Everything is just fine like doctor is super good, ********* ** ********** *** ********* just had problem with the staff's attitude & behaviour. I can understand sitting at a same place whole might frea.k them out, but for that only they get paid so they should respect their positions.Secondly, I had to wait for like a hour and half in waiting area where all place was occupied and I've to stand for like an hour or something.Third & most important, I booked my pre fixed my appointment through practo so that I can get back to work on time but I've to wait for so long, so kind of wastage of time because they are not synchronised with the website and thet should understand the priority if someone is booking through online before 1 day so that patient should be prioritized. These are something that should get fixed asap for patients as well as doctor as well because better the experience we had, better we can suggest to our friends n family.

RE practo: First of all, thank you practo, this portal made it pretty simple for me to book an appointment!!!

RE Doc.: Doctor was supposed to come at 6:30 pm in the clinic but came at 7pm. After seeing crowd at the waiting room, he hurriedly started diagnosis.

RE Medication: After taking and applying shampoo and cream for 4 days, the fungal infection on head and on face has reduced significantly. I am very much satisfied with the outcome till now.

Update: The problem came back again as soon as i completed the medical course ** ********** ** *** * ********* ******** ** ******** *** now i am back to zero.

Hii..dr...my skin was too oily nd there are pimples nd marks too so u have given a face cleanser (venesua), after using it my face become dry nd the skin is removing from some parts of my face is that normal or u will suggest any moisturizer and i also apply accre on pimples..pls help me out..

This is my worst ever experience with a doctor. I had a minor infection at the time I visited Dr Gupta, he took about a minute to check and advise me medicine that visit cost me Rs. 1400 including medicine. And asked me to revisit in 15 days. The case become worse after applying cream and talking medicine regularly for 15 days. He changed the medicine in my second visit. After taking the medicine for another 10 days again the problem has gone from worse to worst.... I would suggest everyone please don't waste your time and money here. **** * ******* *** ****** *** ****** ***********

I booked an appointment for 1045 on 12th June After reaching to clinic I told that I have booked an appointment for 1045 am thru Practo The receptionist took 200 rs as consultation fee and asked us to wait Another patient came and asked receptionsit if the doctor is free the receptionist told that doctor will come at 1130am I went to receptionist that why didn't he tell me about this when he was collecting the money from me when I categorically mentioned that I have an appointment at 1045 He had no answer to this question except blaiming Practo about this misscommunication

I don't know whose problem was it either of Vani clinic or practo But correct information should be mentioned on such site I have lost faith in Practo and that clinic I wasted 1 hour of Sunday in this hassle since I had to go through heavy traffic I would not have left from home only if correct information was mentioned Working professionals know the importance of 1 hour of Sunday

Feeling cheated

Thr waiting time was not much. He heard my problem and explained to me how the black spots occured. It was not a big problem but he told the black spots will not fade in near future. But he suggested some meds which will stop the proliferation of thr marks.

** ** *** ** ***** ****** * ***** *** ******** *** ******** Doctor suggested me a laser treatment for my pyogenic granuloma. Although the actual experience i can share only after my laser.The difficulty i had gone through is, there is no such order of attending patients. They were not giving any preference to the pateints who booked their appointment to the doctor through practo.

I have acne problem i visited at vani skin and hair clinic uttam nagar I pay 2 times consulting free in 15 days he give me 1000/- + medicine as well .. but there is no 1% change now after taking these medicine my problem getting more day by day like red skin problem , dandruff problem and acne on my face maybe its not acne is there any skin problem which Dr Gaurav Gupta not able to understand .

Dr.Gaurav is genius.. he treats very well *** ** *** ******** ********* *** **** *** ***** **** ********* I surely recommend everyone who has skin problem should visit him at least once. . he will guide you in a right direction and will speak to you in a very polite way.

I have book the appoinment through practo app for skin deasease tratment of my brother reached on time of appoinment but wait 0.45 mnt then meet to doctior.this is my sugession to give priority of online appointment time.every one has busy schedule.over all doctor is good and friendly nature.
