My father had an issue in his voice and on consulting ENT specialist he was diagnosed with vocal cord cancer after biopsy. My life went upside down and my family doctor asked me to consult radiation oncologist. I was fortunate enough to meet Mr. Gagan Saini with whom I met in Max hospital, Vaishali and post meeting him I was relaxed that i am in safe hands as he explained me the disease and the procedure that we can take to cure the same. In every consultation he was so patient and listened to all my concerns(which is very rare as the person whose father has been diagnosed with cancer is filled with anxiety, dozens of questions and for a doctor it's a regular issue).
Mr. Gagan Saini is a gem of his field and I would say Max hospital is blessed to have such a great and calm mind who understands the disease and treats the patient like a family. During my father's treatment he guided me for everything and was available to connect at all time. I wish and pray no one goes through cancer but unfortunately if anyone in the family is going through cancer then I would recommend everyone to consult Mr. Gagan Saini. Words are not enough to describe the doctor he is and the way he treats the patient. Post his treatment my father is doing fine and we have been asked to follow up for the next 5 years.
I got admitted in max Vaishali for brain tumor surgery and got operated under Dr Manish Vaish successfullyLater, I went through the RT under Dr Gagan Saini & his team. I was very afraid initially but later, I found it was very supportive environment during whole treatment . RT staff was very cooperative during RT sessions. They always spoke politely with all patients.Thanks to Dr Manish/Dr Gagan .
I would never suggest anyone to consult Dr Saini for two main reasons
1. He is very very rude to the patient and is not even ready to listen to the problems of the patient, He wants to complete all diagnosis in 30-60 secs, i don't know what's the hurry, and because of this he does not listen to most symptoms.
2.Very very inconsiderate. the reason is it has happened twice that i have taken an appointment and went to see him and found he is not available in the hospital. he forgets to update his schedule in the app. The patient's travel is in vain and when you mention this to him he goes all blasting on you.

After operation of right buccel mussoca of my father in max vaishali, I went to dr gagan for radiotherapy in max vaishali. From starting there is a suspected pimple type thing on his face (at operating place) but dr. Gagan is in hurry to do radiotherapy ******* ** ******* ********* ** **** ********* ****** The size of that pimple was increases continuesly but dr gagan said there is nothing to worry about that. After
Therapy was over we found that it was the cancer regrowth again. **** ** *** ******** ****** **** *** ** ***** ********* *** *** *** ****** ** ****** ** *** **** *** **** *** *** ** *** ******* **** These people had only one concern to complete radiotherapy *** *** *** ******** ********** So I don't recommend him for any one.
