We had been struggling with my wife’s neurological problems for almost 15 years. She used to suffer from severe headaches, occasional seizures/loss of consciousness, and extreme lethargy and weakness. During this long period, we consulted several doctors, but the medicines were usually continued at the same dosage because of the fear that reducing them might cause the symptoms or loss of consciousness to return.
Finally, we met Dr. Dhruv Jutshi Sir, and our experience changed completely. He treated her with a very minimal dose of medication and, more importantly, gave us the confidence and reassurance that we had been missing for years. Gradually, under his guidance, the medicines were reduced and eventually stopped completely.

The doctor was kind and understanding, addressing my concerns with an empathetic and holistic approach. She prescribed the least possible medicines for my health issue. The waiting time was a bit long despite my punctuality, which could be improved.

To add to the problem ICU nurses purposely through away the nurse calling remote so that the patient doesn’t call them. They hang up the landline so that the family cannot ask for updates. They do not help the patient to eat or drink in the ICU, **** ***** **** *** **** **** **** *** ******* **** ***** **** ** *** **** ***** ***** * *** *********** ***** ** *****

Who should we B L A M E.. i tried to ask help from Patient support department, but they are too busy to even answer the calls and on weekends the whole hospital is running on the support of interns.. senior doctors do not answer the call.
