To add to the problem ICU nurses purposely through away the nurse calling remote so that the patient doesn’t call them. They hang up the landline so that the family cannot ask for updates. Who should we B L A M E.. i tried to ask help from Patient support department, but they are too busy to even answer the calls and on weekends the whole hospital is running on the support of interns.. senior doctors do not answer the call.
