His areas of interest include non surgical interventions for disc diseases, joint pain, neuropathic pain, cancer pain, fibromyalgia and long standing chronic pains not responding to conventional treatment. He provides holistic pain management with aim of improving the quality of life of the patient without over prescribing medication. DrDhruv is one of the young stalwarts in the speciality of pain and has also done some pioneering work in regenerative medicine. He has expertise in many advanced pain management techniques like fluoroscopic and ultrasound guided epidural blocks, nerve blocks, intra-articular (in the joint) injections, radiofrequency ablation, ozone therapy, PRP(Platelet rich plasma therapy), Botox injections(for headache or spasticity),intratheceal drug delivery system, spinal cord stimulation, kyphoplasty, vertebroplasty etc.
