Dr. Dheeraj Bhardwaj is a very good doctor who is very patient with your pet. He explains the situation clearly and is just excellent overall.

Dr. Dheeraj Bhardwaj has treated my dog Cookie from her very first day with us, and I feel very safe and confident because of his medical expertise. During a routine vaccination visit, the doctor was very considerate of my dog’s needs. The clinic was clean and hygienic, the staff polite and courteous, and the wait time and fees were reasonable.

I discussed the case of the below stated pug with Apollo Vets

, the owner says that dr diagnosed the pet with wrong skin disease n he overcharged them all this is white lie nothing is true.

The true story is the pug was diagnosed with mixed skin infection he was doing very well , the vet shows me the previous prescription that shows pug was doing well .

Regarding the boarding charge the charge was explained before boarding n also at the time of billing . Two months before the same pug stays n same charges were paid by owner .

After the billing next day the lady calls n ask for half charge because she travel from gurgaon n she should be charge half the bill , the dr says that charge remains the same . The owner of the pug says that last time I was charged half the amount is 500 R's .when the doctor ask her to WhatsApp the bill she says she ll do it asap , next day she says I don't have the bill .the doctor provide the carbon copy of her last bill n there was no discrepancy .

There is nothing wrong in treatment .I would like to ask the owner of pug , if there was no improvement then why you continued the bathing at home .the owner of this pug is a liar n just want to tarnish the image of a good n honest Vet

Dr. Dheeraj Bhardwaj was very kind and attentive to my dog's health. We've been visiting his clinic for seven years and are very happy with the care my dog receives under his supervision. The staff at the clinic are also very helpful.

I went to show my pug's skin infection to him after I got my colleague's recommendation. For more than 6 months, he kept on treating my dog for the viral infection and kept recommending bathing with Ketochlor n Sebolyte shampoo after every 2 days. My poor dog used to get bath in severe cold weather of Delhi but it didn't work at all. My pug's infection spread on his body like anything. Still I was listening to the Vet and was thinking my pug is in safe hands.

Once I had to go out stationed for two days, I requested Mr Bhardwaj to keep my dog for two days. After I came back and went to picked my pug and out of happiness to see my dog after two days, I gave my credit card without seeing the bill and this guy charged me Rs 1000 a day for keeping my dog after I provided him the royal canon. When I came home and saw the bill I got surprised because this was the second time I decided to leave my dog to this vet and last time I paid Rs 500 a day and there can't be 100% inflation within 3 months. When I spoke to this vet, he completely denied and kept on defending that he charged correctly.

After this episode, I decided not to visit this guy ever again and I took him to another Vet in Gurgaon. The moment the new vet saw my pug, she said - my dog is suffering from RED MAZE. I showed her all the prescriptions written by earlier Vet and she said the disease has not been properly diagnosed. She also said it is a very common disease in small dogs and she was wondering how come the disease remain unnoticed to the other Vet.

Now my dog is pretty well, recovering at a much higher pace...
