Dr. Devender Gaba

It was bad experience that I had visited for daughter's fever on 22nd and 24th August'16. But every time we had to wait for more than 2hrs. on 24th August my wife call at 10am in hospital for appointment then she got an answer that she have to call at 6pm. and when she call at 6pm then she was told that you come directly as no pre appointment, come first and get first. but this was not told her in the morning. We reached at hospital and got free by 10.30pm.

Again when my daughter fall ill by high fever on 4th Sept. Me and my wife make so many calls to connect with you or any Doctor, but your staff has not even transfer my calls but every time disconnect my call and not picked my calls. Once they picked up my phone and said bring your daughter to hospital we can't do anything without it.

Sir I just want to ask a question for God sack if something happens to my daughter. Who was the responsible for that?

I don't know how your staff is so rude and do such kind of behave with patients.

Today 5th September also my wife called at 8.30am for appointment she has been told that she has to be reach by 10am . When she reached there, after waiting till 1 pm, nobody treat my daughter though she was having high fever 103.

Sir how irresponsible your staff is? On reception they show their bad Attitude and ride told my wife if you@ have urgency then go in emergency and pay for it .

Is it private hospital or bad quality Government hospital?

Sir I need your intervention in This and expecting your valuable reply.

Great experience at Genesis hospital for my delivery this July. Dr Gaba and his staff at Genesis takes good care of patients and ensures a comfortable stay at the hospital. Nutricious home styled meals and cooperative support staff offers additional advantage . I recently delivered a baby girl at Genesis hospital under the guidance of Dr Mani Kapur. Dr Gaba ensured a pleasant stay at the hospital. We faced a medical insurance issue through United India Insurance at the time of discharge. It was Dr Gaba's magnonimity in handling the case, he specifically mentioned that one last thing shouldn't be a spoiler of the experience. The case was sorted the next day and all thanks to Dr Gaba, I was discharged the previous day while it took some time for the insurance issue to get sorted out. Overall a great satisfying experience!

Special thanks to Dr Devender Gaba. Been bringing my children here since the last 5 years. Such a wonderful paediatrician. I had tried many doctors before I came to know of Dr Gaba. I come all the way from Saket to Genesis in Janakpuri only because his prescriptions are only effective and only those medicines provide relief to my children. Dr Gaba has always a smiling face and patiently hears to all the irritating questions we mothers ask and answers them. Hats off !!! to you sir for listening to us mothers more than 16 hours in your OPD. Thanks :))))

My 7 yr kid was suffering from viral infection taken advise from Gaba he suggested to admit the kid

I get admitted kid in his own hospital for three days after three days he discharge the kid saying he is ok

But as I reached home again he was having fever

Next day I revisited n consult n advised that it

Would be better if you readmit

Genesis provides humane service with excellent medical services. Throughout my pregnancy Dr Devender Gaba and Dr Reeta Sharma provided excellent care and advise. I had to get admitted early in the morning at the time of delivery and had no problems in getting in touch with the doctors. Overall genesis provides great holistic healthcare at a reasonable price compared to many of the corporate hospitals. I am thankful to the entire team.

I have never received such attentive and thorough Doctors in my life. Their bedside manner is world class. The Doctors, Nurses and staff are amazing human beings. They have treated my 4 year old daughter, twice. Dr. Devender Gaba, Dr. Anuja, both 5 star Doctors! And they deserve even more that 5 stars. The sense of comfort that they provide, knowing your child is in the best hands, is priceless. Thank you, Genesis!

I rarely write reviews, but I had too* ********* **** ***** ** *** ***t, I have been to every emergency room and i have never felt so comfortable in a scary place. The check in to nurses to doctors are absolutely wonderful and they all deserve 5 stars. I do not care if I have to drive all the way from Vasant Vihar to Janakpuri. If you want people that actually care about you and your little one I would come here. My baby is all i have and i bless Genesis for taking care of us.

Unfortunately, with a lot of paediatricians, I have come across, my children just seemed like another job, but Dr. Gaba actually cares about the kids he treats. His staff is awesome as well. My children are never afraid to go to Dr. Gaba as they feel comfortable with him, and that is very important for a child! I thank you, Dr. Gaba and your staff! Lucky to have found you!

Excellent experience as always. I have been following Dr Gaba’s advice and treatment for both of my kids. He and his staff all lovingly handle and treat my kids.

When we had moved out of town for 1 year no other paediatrician was suiting my kids and then also i had to consult Dr Gaba on phone or through messages. He is always there for our kids even when we went at 12 at night.
