I am very happy with Dr and staff from appointment to billing and mostly result of my treatment that disturbing me since 1year within 20 days I could see half of my skin issue is better and with completion of my medicine course and 100℅ results.

This is not my first time consulting Dr. Bhardwaj. I went in this time for a Skin allergy I had as a reaction to certain medication.

I completely trust her treatment

I recently visited Dr. Deepali Bharadwaj’s clinic and, unfortunately, my experience was not as positive as I had hoped. While the clinic itself is well-maintained and clean, my consultation with Dr. Bharadwaj left much to be desired.

Firstly, I felt that Dr. Bharadwaj was quite impatient during our interaction. She appeared to be in a rush, which made it difficult for me to fully discuss my concerns or get comprehensive answers to my questions. It seemed like there was little time dedicated to understanding my issues thoroughly, which is disappointing, especially when it comes to skincare, a field that requires a personal touch.

Additionally, I found the clinic to be quite expensive, which, in my opinion, doesn’t align with the level of care or service provided. *** ******* **** **** ***** *** ********** * **** ********** **** *********** **** ***** ******* ***** ******* ******** ** * **** ********** *****

Another point of concern was the sale of a face wash, which was recommended by Dr. Bharadwaj. However, it wasn’t disclosed during the consultation that the product *** ******** **** ** *** *** ****** This lack of transparency made me feel somewhat uncomfortable, as I wasn’t informed about the potential conflict of interest.

Moreover, the experience with the clinic’s staff was less than satisfactory. I was prescribed a cream that did not match the written prescription, and when I noticed this, I contacted the clinic multiple times for clarification. *********** *** ********* **** ** * ***** **** ************* **** *** ************ *** ***** *** **** *** ******* ************** *** ******** ******** While the clinic did offer a refund for the incorrect cream, the entire situation was confusing *** *** ** *********** ********

Despite the refund, I am disappointed by the lack of clear communication and professionalism, both in terms of the doctor’s approach and the clinic’s handling of the prescription mix-up. In my opinion, a clinic of this caliber should prioritize thorough consultations, transparency, and accuracy in prescriptions, none of which were fully met during my visit.

Given these issues, I cannot recommend Dr. Deepali Bharadwaj’s clinic based on my experience. While the clinic may work for some, I believe there are other options in the area that offer more personalized care and a better overall experience.

I went to her to get the mole or extra skin removed on the forehead area. It was a very small extra skin that had to be removed. When i went into the room to get that removed, the technician helping out was about to start the procedure, i requested that i would prefer the doctor to do the mole removal as it had to be done on the face. After about 10 mins she came & stood besides the technician who was doing it to supervise her. Firstly the doctor came across as a very arrogant doctor. I was asking her why this happens & what can be done to stop them from coming again and again. She just answered why this happens that to talking on her way out. No satisfactory consultation was given by her. In about 45 mins time she changed her outfit twice for no reason. I know this is irrelevant but instead of changing outfits with each patient she should rather focus on giving consultation to her patients. At the end of the removal process techinician gave me a used cream without a cap to put on the affected area. Any hospital would take care of the hygiene part but it definitely felt like a kaam chalo thing.

She even stopped picking up our phone and when we have called from another number they said that you have to take an appointment before arrival, means we would have to pay Rs1500 again to ask her about our situation which was actually done by her. I made the full payment in advance, expecting professional and honest service. However, after just one session, I was repeatedly denied appointments for the remaining sessions.

Despite following up multiple times, I received no response or proper clarification. Eventually, I requested a refund since they were not providing the services I paid for. Shockingly, instead of resolving the issue, Dr. Deepali Bharadwaj blocked me and completely refused to refund my money.

**** ** ****** *************** No one should have to go through such a frustrating and dishonest experience, especially after trusting a reputed name. I would strongly caution others before booking any packages or making advance payments at her clinic.

I had a bald spot on my head which is almost gone now and there has been significant improvement with my acne. All the medicines and treatment which the doctor prescribes is the best one can get. The doctor is also very friendly and regularly communicates with you if any doubts or issues are there
