I took my friend to the Pristyn Care clinic in Paschim Vihar, Delhi. The doctor was very professional and generous. When we reached the Pristyn Care associated hospital, there was a proper kit. The surgery was 100% successful. Usually, the final bill while discharging is higher than what has been quoted. But surprisingly, during the discharge process, the final amount was the same which the medical coordinator told us. They provided us with all the necessary bills and maintain transparency throughout the process.

He told me that Pristyn Care provides laser treatment which is affordable and yet very effective. They also ensured to take full care of our comfort. He suggested to us Dr. Deepak Diwakar, and we went there as suggested. My brother gave 500 rs consultation then entered the room and described his situation and said I need to do an operation since the pain is not bearable. What doctor Deepak Diwakar replied - pahle aap psychiatrist ko dikhao. This is what he answered. and then he stood up and went outside by saying I have surgery to do. I do not have time. And my mother said we have paid the consultation fees and we are telling you our situation and you are not listening to us. Really sad to know that doctors can be that rude. I went yesterday to consult this doctor for my father's constipation as his cardiologist suggest to consult a general surgeon. I search for a general surgeon in paschim Vihar and I decided to consult Mr. Deepak after reading all the good comment. There is one hard stool stuck inside him nd he is not able to pass that from last night. He was in severe pain and could not pass the stool therefore we decided to contact him next day in the afternoon and he spoke us in a rudely manner. we told him that we consulted you yesterday only but he said " apko number kisne Diya mera, main phone pe support nh karta, clinic pe opd main aake.milo in a rude way" and try to explain him the situation but he didn't listen to us. He could have told us the same thing in a polite manner. I will not recommend this doctor at all.

I was operated upon for enlarged prostate. Dr Deepak Kumar Diwakar performed the surgery with his vast experience and i.e was so smooth.
