Appreciate his professionalism . Pleasant demeanour . Although not very impressed with the staff at the reception counter who had to be reminded again and again that I have been waiting for a long time and it is well past my appointment time . It took them more than half an hour to get my file out . I took my appointment at least four five days in advance and I expected my file to be ready at reception when I arrived.
