I visited him for my grand daughter. He encouraged her for eating well and gave very less medicines. Moreover, he calls the patient again, only if it is required otherwise, he encourages the kids to eat healthy diet instead of eating medicines.

I have been taking my son since he was 6 days old, now he is 15. Brilliant brilliant doctor, never gives extra medicine, focuses more on the nutritional aspect. He is extremely friendly with the kids and very strict with the parents. There's no better pediatrician than him

My daughter had fever from 15-20 days and showed him all reports and scan but when i asked him the reasom of the fever he had no answer *** *********** ** *** *** **** ******** *** ******** *** ** ************ *** *********** ********* ***** ** **** *********** *** ******.********* ***** **** *******
Success has risen to his head. Very negative person and speaks in very bad tone. He might be good doctor in past but doesn't know how to speak to patient and don't know anything about patient psychology. He diagnosed wrong disease and we are lucky that we didn't followed his advice. He was not ready to see the earlier reports done in last two months including CT scan, ultrasound , blood reports etc from very reputed hospitals and pathology labs. For the entire duration of 10-15 minutes , he kept on shouting without listening to us. He treated us as we are illiterate and failed to understand that we also understand modern day science and its our ( patients) right to understand the diagnosis and treatment and if it is something very chronic and want to understand the chronic disease which our son was getting treated for and on hearing about his good reputation we are there to take his advice. But he doesn't want to hear anything and just kept shouting and finally wrongly diagnosing our child as he didn't read reports.
A good doctor gone bad and may go worse if doesn't improve. He is not GOD.
It was my first visit to Dr chitkara and trust me it was a very bad experience. My 10 months old baby was suffering from fever I went to him just to take a second opinion as he is a senior doctor in the town. ** ***** ** * **** ****** *** ** ********* ******** ******* ** **** He doesn't give a satisfactory answers to your questions. His answers may encourage you to leave his cabin. He just kept on shouting without listening to us. He didn't bother about your concern he thinks whatever he is speaking patient have to obey that without asking any question. He was not even ready to tell me about the purpose of syrup which he was recommending to my 10 months old baby. He used very harsh words to me and my mother in a very first interaction. His tone was just very unpleasant for me. I would not recommend anyone to visit him. I visited him with so much hope and I just returned highly disappointed.
Not at all satisfied the way he treats his patients. I went for treatment of my son with certain rare disorder, ** *** *** **** ** ***** *** **** ****** ** ***** ** ********* **** ** ** *** **** ** **** *** ******* *** discussing with senior doctors he used to question the psychological factors of my son and the whole family and used to doubt that child is lying on the symptoms we shared with him.
Finally I had to consult ******* ****** doctors in different hospital for the treatment *** *********** *** ********* *********

Impolite and rude behaviour. Does not listens to the problem properly and ignore questions asked about child's health.
