One of the most humble and ‘available at all times’ doctor i’ve ever met.. Goes an extra mile for the patient and gives his 100%. Unlike other doctors he’s never in a hurry during a consult and listens patiently and also comforts the attendant. I’d definitely recommend him. He really can flip the situation into a positive one with his experience, warmth and grace..
I met him after recuperating from my dual surgeries. The meeting was longish and we both,I and the doctor, both tried to understand the situation and the course of action ,from there on.I believe that human interactions,of any kind, require lots of efforts and patience Moreover if you are dedicated with trust ,things do work out well.Dr Chugh till date has proved to be ' The Good Doctor' from the series ,whom I aspired to be treated by after being diagnosed with cancer.
Its at times difficult to deal with one's own emotions,in this critical situation of being a cancer patient. But the vibes one transmits, are the vibes one gets reciprocated for
God bless Dr,Chugh for always being therein my past 9 months war against Cancer .
Reached on the appointment time at 3.00.
Kept waiting for 1.00 hour.
After that on enquiring was told to wait he will come,
After that was informed that
The doctor was attending some meeting, and to wait further.
My father is 86 years old, ailing and suffering and has been sitting in a wheel chair for more than 2 hours.
It's now more that 2 hours been waiting here with an elderly ailing patient in pain and no sign of when the consultation will take place.
Can not understand is the doctors commitment to the patient for a given appointment more important or attending department meetings.
And why do department meetings have to held in the prime time of hospital meeting?
Doctor is very late around 2 hours.
Don't explain the treatment and rude while consultancy.
I had taken the consultation for my mother and we had visited the hospital. Doctor was very empathetic
and they have forced us to do multiple tests for the issue after that they were saying it's cancer only and they were concentrating to provide cancer treatment only which I did not like. We told them that it's not cancer but it may be an infection because we have checked with other doctors also and they have said it's not cancer. In max, the charges are also very more and some of my friends also said the same.
