I went to his private OPD today, the experience was one of the disappointed experience that I never expected from a specialist doctor in a hospital like Ganga Ram, the consultation fees online showed 1500, and when we went for the appointment at 4, we were told the 200 rupees extra has to be paid as "registration charges" . Well, I don't mind, if I'm looking forward to be consulted with a specialist. We waited there as they said the Doctors will be there in 10 minutes, as ge has gone for "covid round". ****** ** *********** *** **** *** * ***** ****** We asked when the doctor will be here as we had our small shop that was closed at that time and during such a time we were losing income. Hidden charges, no of punctuality, okay... As long as I get relief. *** ** ** ****** **** **** ** ********** ** *** *** ********** *** ***** * *********** But after waiting for so long , Dr. Atul Kakkar walked in and heard my concern, wrote me painkillers that I was already taking, and a some tests and told me to come back to him with those test reports for obvious symptoms that even he agreed next week and pay them another 1500 bucks for another consultation . **** ******* * ******** ****** ****** **** **** *** ** **** *** ******* **** ** *** **** ** ********** ************* **** * ***** **** ****** **** * ****** ****** *** **** ** *** ****** ** ** ************* *** ******* *** *** ************* highly disappointed and I'm still stuck with my problems confused what to do.

The hospital is very mismanaged, no lines, haphazard, Doctor doesn’t come on time, Doctor changes room but doesn’t inform the patient. Doctor hardly meets for 5 mins, last time it was 1 minute. Would help if he gave us the reason for why a certain diagnosis comes up, diet information etc etc - Doctor is in a hurry to see the next patient, why do we pay ₹ 1000 to meet him then. The most bizarre thing is that his assistant takes more time to type and print the prescription than the appointment with the doctor. A very overwhelming and disappointing experience at the hospital!
