Dr. Ashutosh Arya (Physiotherapist)

I had a chronic Prolapsed Intervertebral Disc condition dating back to 1999. I have consulted and got treatment for this problem from numerous physiotherapists and orthopaedics over the years but to no avail. At my wife's constant pestering (She had got treated from Dr Arya for knee pain and poor posture), I finally relented to go and visit him.

The doctor has a very friendly personality and a pleasing demeanour. He gives you so much confidence that half your problems vanish right away. His knowledge on the subject is amazing. After the first session only, my life changed and I became more confident instantly. The sessions are so advanced that I am sure no one else is doing it anywhere else in Delhi. I don't have words in his appreciation. After just 10 sessions, I am feeling so active, so energetic. I also look forward to his motivational talks. This time I am sure I will be cured of this problem permanently.

Dr Ashutosh has been treating me for 9 months now. I take regular physiotherapy treatment as I have weak muscles and for post workout releases and rehab exercises.

Dr Ashutosh and his entire team have been very patient and professional. They explain to me the treatment as well as the cause every time. Unlike other physiotherapists, I have had a satisfactory result. My recovery was slow and taxing but the team was positive and made sure that I take my treatment on time and do my rehab exercises which helped me recover and go back to my regular lifestyle.

In my opinion you should take this treatment rather than relying on medicines.

I visited the doctor for neck, shoulder, upper back, lower back, hip areas pain, stiffness, and neuro pain issues. The doctor has treated me so well. Neuro pain and numbness has much reduced. There is ease in various body parts movement, the pain has much reduced. Earlier I was unable to sleep and I used to take pain killers, but after getting Dr Ashutosh treatments there is much relief in my body. The overall staff at the clinic is very nice.

I visited Ashutosh Sir post orthopedic suggested for the knee surgery. I suffered from the ACL tear few months back and was suffering with severe knee pain due to it. The visit was seamless and Ashutosh sir tried to understand the knitty gritty of the issue. With no surgery and guided advanced physiotherapy treatment from him, I am feeling more confident and the pain is almost gone. well experienced doctor. listens to ur problems patiently n explains about it in detail. very friendly nature. I came for my knee problem which I have been facing for more then 5 years and after visiting him within a week was able to walk pain-free n my tinnitus problem is also solved to an extent.
