I had the opportunity to consult Dr. Ashish Saini twice—once back in 2018 and again recently in 2026—and both experiences have been outstanding.

In 2018, I visited him for a urological issue that I developed when I was working for an airline and travelling a lot. I still remember how effectively he handled the case while respectfully and humorously building rapport. The treatment he prescribed worked remarkably well, and I was completely relieved of my symptoms with one course.

Recently, in 2026, I faced a much more complicated and persistent issue that had gone undiagnosed for several days despite consultations elsewhere. When I consulted Dr. Saini, he approached the problem methodically and with clarity. Within just two visits, he was able to identify the underlying issue and put me on a treatment plan that led to near-complete relief very quickly, and eventual full recovery.

What stands out about Dr. Saini is his calm, confident approach *** *** ******* ** ******** ******* ******** ******* *********** ***** ** **************. He focuses on practical, effective treatment and ensures the patient feels reassured throughout.

I have visited Dr Ashish Saini with complaint that slow flow of urine. He examined and recommended for Urethral plasty. The surgery was done on 13 Oct 21. Catheter removed on 02 Nov 21. After removing catheter, urinary flow was checked and found max rate at 18.4 ml/ sec. At the time of surgery no pain was occurred and no other problems occurred.

Before visit Dr Saini, I have consulted someny doctors, but they don't suggest any fruitful solutions.

I was facing urinary issue for the past couple of days. Got to know about Dr. Ashish Saini through practo. The first day I visited Dr. Saini, he was able to diagnose the real issue and advised me prompt medication and tests. I had to undergo urethroplasty to get the issue resolved. Was a bit hesitant regarding the procedure but Dr. Saini convinced and explained the entire procedure in detail. Post surgery there were no such complications. I strongly recommend him for urinary issues. Very crafted and experienced doctor i must admit.

I first consulted Dr. Ashish Saini for hematuria and very low urine flow. After a thorough examination, he diagnosed the cause as a high bladder neck obstruction. Dr. Saini then successfully performed a laser BNI (Bladder Neck Incision) surgery to address the issue. Following the procedure, my urinary flow improved dramatically. I no longer experience any problems with my urinary tract and feel completely well and fit.Dr. Saini is very cool, friendly, and a great listener. I booked an Online Appointment. The Original Appointment time was 12:15 PM. But I was made to wait to 1:30 PM. I understand that Emergencies happen.

At 1:30 PM, I spoke to the Dr's staff and they told me that there is an Emergency case and I can have an appointment later at 5:00 PM. I agreed because it was better than waiting. Right after 5-10 minutes (at around 1:40 PM), I got a call fromt he staff asking if it's possible to have an appointment right now(at 1:40 PM). Looking at how they manage and respect the time fo patient, I thought I should take the appointment right now. So, I took the appointment.

After meeting Dr. Ashish Saini, I have the following review comments:

1. The Doctor told me that he was coming directly after lunch to give me consultation. (This is in contradiction from what his staff was telling me).

2. From his attitude and behaviour, he did not look to appreciate that the patient has already waited for more than an hour.

3. The Dr sounded like he was was in a hurry to finish the call. He gave about 10-12 minutes only.
