It was my first visit.. I had stomach pain due to which I had to visit to the doctor but in the first visit he asked me to go through Endoscopy and Ultrasound which I had to get them done at the hospital only. The cost for these two tests were 7000 and 1700 respectively. ******* ***** ** ********* ** **** ***** **** *** ********** ***** ** ********* **** ****** ** *** *** **** ** * *** **** *** ****** **** *** *** **** ********* *** ********** ** ******* ** *** *** ****** ******** ** *** ****** ******** *** ******* **** ** *** ***** ***** * ** ******* ******* *** ******** **** ** ****** ** *** ***** ****** ** ** * ******* **** ******* He told me I will be on leave for 3 weeks then why he is taking these appointments?
I am totally disappointed even though I wasted my 1400 also which was my consultancy fee because doctor didn't consult anything and directly gave me these tests. I have many more things to say but I would like to suggest others please do not visit PSRI hospital **** **** * **** ** ***** *** ** ***** *******

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Arun Kumar (Gastroenterology) at PSRI Hospital, Delhi. ************** ** ****** *** **** ******* ** ******* ********* ***** ****** **** ******** ********* ** ** ********* Throughout the consultation, he barely paid attention to what I was saying about my symptoms or medical history. Instead, the conversation quickly shifted towards recommending a series of costly tests without even properly understanding my problem. ** **** **** *** **** ******** *** ********** ******* *** *** ******** ****** **** ********* ******* *** ******** I left the appointment feeling unheard, frustrated, and extremely dissatisfied. endoscopy . I said, I had already done endoscopy 4 months back.he said no u have to go for endoscopy. In 80% cases h.pylori comes positive in this hospital. I don't know how.
Then he give me some proscription. **** * **** ********* * *** *** **** ** **** ****** *** ****** I said to him sir please change my medicines ** ********** *** ******* *** *** ** **** He said no u have to take medicine, u have no option.
I stopped to take medicine and referred another doctor. ** **** ** **** ** **** ***** ****** ********** ** ********* **** ******* ********* ***** * ** ****** * *** * ** *** * ********* * ****** * **** ** ****** ******* ******* *** ******* ********** ***** ******* ** *** ******** * *** *** **** ** ***** * ***** ********* Bad experience ever.

It was bad experience because we have to wait more than 3hour for Doctor appointment and they have also changed more fee as mentioned by you at the time of appointment. It will be good if you mentioned correct fee and all charges prior to appointment for any Doctor and exact wait time so there should not be any problem to visitors.

He did my father's colonoscopy test for rectal ulcers and though he assured us that this condition will 100% I'm and yes it got improved a lot. But the way he use to talk to us when we called him after the test to check for the medicines, he use to always talk in a rude manner and also he always ignored our calls and also whenever he picked our call then he was vey rude and also he never use to make the patient calm. also he never listen to the words of the patient carefully. this is my experience. I didn't like it.
