I consulted Dr. Arti in Vardaan Hospital Malviya nagar for ?Dengue fever.She was extremely nice .She explained patiently and reassured me about my problem. She explained to me that at present i do not need admission and also explained symptoms when I would require admission.

It was a great experience. Dr Arti Vashist had diagnosed very well. Hospital is very neat and clean, feel like Hotel. Nurses are also very cooperative and helping. They used to check up every hour's.

I had to face the most disgusting receptionist ever.The guy who does blood test(laboratory section) was taking the charge at reception.I was consulted to get some blood test which was beyond the cash I was having at that

I had to face the most disgusting receptionist ever.The guy who does blood test(laboratory section) was taking the charge at reception.I was consulted to get some blood test which was beyond the cash I was having at that point of time for which after paying the consultation fee and handing over my prescription to the guy at reception I had to go to the atm.When I returned,the reception was taken over by a lady and when I enquired about my prescription in order to proceed for my blood test.She said she doesn't have any idea regrading the prescription and asked me to get the guy who was earlier looking after the reception.I found him in the blood testing lab and reminded him of the prescription which I had submitted before leaving for atm.He started being rude saying he doesn't have any idea and to my shock he was blaming me saying that I might have lost it on my way to atm.I was really disappointed and frustrated.After which I just left the clinic,having made up my mind that I will never visit it again.

Experience was not good and doctor kept insisting us for admission and didn even advise well for simple vomit and headache case. Please do not consult doctor.
