I visited Mr Tandon yesterday for my mothers treatment as she had swelling in her left jaw.

The medicines prescribed by him are available only at Max and are of less famous companies ,priced at exorbitant rates. his consultation was RS 1000/-

Additionally I was asked to do test worth 16 k , few last reports from Lal path done on 22nd July recently for exhaustive general health checks of.my.mother were ignored and he said to repeat all again .

I had consulted Dr. Anurag, ENT specialist for my mother at Jeevan Anmol Hospital located at Mayur Vihar Phase 1 in the evening on 18th August 2023. He had suggested for some medicine dosage for next 4 days and then get some tests done. Thereafter, I was supposed to bring the test reports to him for his further advice. The medicines continued until 22nd August. Thereafter, my mother’s tests were done on 23rd August. I collected the reports on 24th August and went to meet Dr. Anurag on 25th August on his scheduled visiting hours. But I was told by the hospital staff that he did not come to the hospital on that day. The nurse on duty suggested me to meet him the next day morning. Hence, I again went to visit him on 26th August.

When the nurse on duty took the prescription to him in his chamber, * ********* *** ******** ** *** ***** **** *** *** ********* **** she should ask me to pay his fees again and then I should reach him.

This was extremely shocking to me because there is no written intimation neither on his prescription nor there is any formal directions by the hospital about the grace period for free consultation after paying fees during the first visit. And this was only a follow up visit to the doctor.

I was informally told by the hospital staff that the grace period is valid only for 3 days. *** *** *** ****** ********* ********* ********* *** * ***** *** ** ************* ********* *** ***** ** ******* * **** ***** Did he avoid to meet me when I went with the test reports on his next scheduled OPD? Was the entire week purposely delayed so that the validity period expires *** *** ******** *** *** ****** *** * ************* *********** ** ****** ****** **** **** ** *********** ******** ***** ******** *** ************* ******** ** *** ****** *** *** ******** *** I thought to share this insulting experience with everyone.

He identified my eardrum burst problem suggested me for surgery by explaining everything in detail. After surgery I consulted him and taken drug till next 8 month. But he never describe status in detail. He always said everything is good.

After 8 month I consulted another doctor just to cross verify, he said swelling inside ear and graft not placed at right place this results my hearing loss. After putting so much money my problem still persist.

I will not recommend anyone for ear micro surgery by him as per my experience.

I strongly advise against visiting this doctor under any circumstances. If you value your hearing, do not even consider seeking treatment here. I went in with a simple issue of ear wax buildup, which was causing discomfort and partial hearing loss in my left ear. Made me spend 10k for * ****** throat infection,still not fine. 75 pills taken basis the medication he prescribed. Got various blood tests done which he didnt even look at.

Blatant misuse of power.

The Doctor Prescribed a lot of medicines of local companies which are also available from good brands. the prices of these medicines are hyped and seems like there is a tie up between the medicines companies and dr. I would not recommend..

Doctor is good in every respect. But the medicine prescribed by him is very very costly.Same composition medicine is available at very cheaper price.Only for this reason I will discontinue my treatment from him
