A very differebt experience a nyc one as i felt she was not at all money minded as other doctors whom i have consulted earlier indeed she told me not to go for treatments as my skin is no need for them she prescribed me only few medicines which were essential for me......

Poor because first they gave us wrong address (DB block instead of BA block) somewhere in interior of harinagar. Even on calling back again they weren't able to give us right direction. Finally they mentioned the name anshita skin clinic which popped up on google map.

Second, when we finally got there, receptionist said there were 3 patients ahead of us. We waited for more than hour and half for our turn. When our turn came receptionist said doc will come out and give medicine to someone and then see an old patient who was there 2 days ago and then we would be the next. That pissed me off as his time is valuable because he came there 2 days ago and ours is not. That meant another half an hour wait. So, I just got up and asked for the refund me left without creating a fuss.

** ** **** *********** she gives me 4500 medicine for hair loss in which she gave me 2 shampoos n 1 minoxidil serum n after 2-3 days she said stop using serum which is of 1200 rs which is very costly for me ***** * **** ******** ***** ** **** ** ****** * **** ******** *** ****** **** i call her she tells me in a very abusive wordings stop using dat n dont call us again n all after 1 month i called her her staff is very abusive they cut my call again n again after dat i called her she said dnt call us we r not going to pay u back n she blocks my num all staff blocks my num * ********* ********* **** *** ** * *** ** *** * *** ** *** ** *** *** ** her staff is very rude

It was a good experience.. As doctor explained the Reason behind the doctor.. She doesn't advise us unnecessary treatments unlike most of the dermatologists..

Today early morning I sent message to Dr Annu Jain about my wife, she replied promptly and when we visited her clinic, she explained in very nice, humble, detail way cause of this case. Many thanks

Visited for hair treatment, she is Friendly, honest and would answer all your questions politely, shared cost involved

She left me in the middle of my treatment and kept cancelling appointment for four weeks which is not acceptable at all.

It was very good and doctor was very good listens to your problem very well and gives you good advice related to your problem

The doctor explained everything in a patient manner, answered every question asked. Did not offer any unnecessary treatments like many other skin clinics have started doing.
