I had gone to several doctors for my skin problem and everyone gave me antifungal ointments which worsened my symptoms.that's when I stumbled upon Dr Ganjoo's profile on practo and decided to give one last try to treat my infection...He diagnosed my infection as eczema and treated accordingly...So after struggling with the infection for almost 4 years I finally have gotten rid of it now..thanks to him... would highly recommend him for skin related problems

It's been more than 12-14 yrs since me and entire family know Dr. Ganjoo. ** ** **** *** **** ************* * He is one stop solution for all our skin problems (believe me all) . My father has already recommended him to more than 25 of his friends and ALL were fully satisfied with his service. There is no skin problem in this world that Dr Ganjoo can't cure .I highlyyyy recommend him to everyone cent percent.

Dr. Anil Ganjoo, dermatologist, has displayed a concerning lack of *************** *** empathy in his treatment approach, specifically in addressing a patient's concerns regarding lip damage. Instead of offering appropriate guidance and treatment options for the physical ailment, Dr. Ganjoo responded rudely and suggested stress and anxiety medication as a solution, without providing any insight into lip care or suggesting appropriate topical treatments.

This behavior is particularly alarming as it not only neglects the patient's immediate concern but also fails to address the underlying issue causing the lip biting behavior. Patients rely on healthcare professionals to provide accurate information and appropriate treatment options, and Dr. Ganjoo's conduct in this instance falls short of these expectations.

I had received mixed feedback for him from people who had visited him. For those who visited him for skin related issues seem to have fared better than the ones who visited him for hair related issues. Two separate people who visited him for hair fall related issues told me that he tends to prescribe steriods for hair fall issue which had long term negative results for these patients. Hence they discontinued treatment with him.

Since I had skin related issue, I decided to give it a try. I visited him in Dec 2015 at Sunder Lal Jain Hospital. After taking about 2 mins to look at my skin, he prescribed me certain facewash, lotion and some oral medicine. He did not say what the problem was. He did not say anything at all. Just wrote down prescription and handed it to me. I wanted to understand the course of treatment. So I asked him what are the medicines for, he replied, "What kind of a weird question is this? I am giving them because you need them. You have a problem. That's why you are here. And I am giving you medicine for that. Why are you asking such stupid questions?"

Talk about being rude!!! He crossed all limits of his profession and decency that day.

I was shocked to hear his reply. I have visited many doctors in past and they all have been very forthcoming in answering my queries. As a patient it is natural for you to want to understand the cause of your illness. But I am surprised in this age of internet awareness and knowledge, there are still doctors like Anil Ganjoo out there who are sitting on their high horse. Who believe that patients are wasting his time by wanting to understand the underlying cause of their problem. Who believe that patients are illiterate inferior beings and it's ok to insult them because they have nowhere else to go.

I have been visiting Dr. Ganjoo for acne scar treatments for the past three months. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. Despite reading reviews about Dr. Ganjoo’s lack of communication and respect, I chose to proceed based on professional recommendations.

Dr. Ganjoo has consistently demonstrated a condescending attitude and fails to listen to patient concerns. Each visit, his interactions have been dismissive and lacking in basic courtesy. ********* ******* spending over ₹18,000 on each visit for treatments and medications, *** ******* ** **** *** **** ******.

Additionally, procedures are performed by interns who appear untrained and unsure, often discussing the procedure details amongst themselves, trying to figure out how the machine works .

My feedback has been met with dismissal, and I have not seen any improvement despite following his recommendations.

Absolutely no use of spending money by going to him as he us rude, doesn't explain problem.Went to him for dark circles treatment and he simply recommended eye fillers for 20k without telling the underlying problem .When i asked for prescription, he gave medicines worth 10k which no body would want to spend and better go to some better doctor.

I would not recommend Mr. Ganjoo, as soon as i entered his cabin, i had to wait because he was busy in his messages. When asked my issue, he has no answer. He just prescribed highly expensive medicine and lotions which you can get it from no where else except his own chemist shop. *** *** **** ********** ********* *** ******* *** *** ******* ****** ****** * ** ******* **** ***** Save your money and energy and consult some other doctor who can atleast tell you the problem.

First of all I would like to write that Consultancy fee mentioned on Website was Rs. 1200/- but when I visit to clinic I was shocked that on receiption it was told to me that consultancy charges is Rs. 1500/- I think this is not fare practice at the part of Mr. Anil Ganjoo. By chance if any patient does not have extra money then he has to come back. So in my view this is lack of tranpancy with patient as regard money is concern. If they increase the fee then they must also revise the same on website.

Regarding professional he is very rude and does not reply all the doubt of the patient. Just say that take the recommanded medicine and visit after 15 days or 30 days ** ***** ** ** ****** ** *********

Visit to Dr Ganjoo was biggest mistake. First of all he came at 4:00 p.m. instead of 03:00 p.m. and when he saw me, he never told me what the problem is and prescribed creams, facewash, sunscreen, and tablets worth Rs. 8000, which was available only at one pharmacy across the road as told by Dr. Ganjoo. **** ******* ******* ***** * **** **** * ******* ****** ******* *** ******* ** ** **** ***** *** ** ****** ********** ** *** *** **** I called him and told about my condition, he told me to stop the medication and again visit him after 3-4 days and he will change the medications, which means again consultation of Rs 1000 and costly medications which he always prescribes. I think he should understand that Rs. 8000 is a big amount and if someone is spending this much amount of money **** ****** ****** *** ******** I will not recommend anyone to visit this doctor.

This application/ website is such a di-saster and people shouldn't not believe them. God knows what communication these people have with the doctor that clinic don't have any information regarding my appointment and I had to wait for more than 40 mins though my slot was booked by these unplanned and disorganized Practo.com

Though I showed my booking confirmation message to the clinic reception, still the lady has to go by the token numbers on her physical list coz she has no confirmation from Practo. This way Practo and the clinic might loose their customer coz by creating the app and Google reach they are nowhere helping the patients. It's a big no for practo.com

Coz in any case you have to stand in line and wait in que whether u have an appointment or not!
