Happy with: Wait time
Booked the appointment for 3.30pm and was able to see the doctor only at 10.30pm ( after wait period of 7 hours). Since the patient was in ICU in some other hospital and he’s one of the best doctors of his field, we had no option but to wait. Gave 5 mins, but was able to explain the issue briefly. He asked to make him speak to the doctor who is treating the patient. Tried twice but he’s busy. He in fact called back once but by that time the other doctor was unavailable. He genuinely doesn’t have time, but he’s a good and concerned doctor. So I would recommend if you can wait.

** ** **** I was in Malaysia suffering for 4 months with abdominal pain and weight loss. Top doctors in Malaysia couldnt diagnose my issue. One night I took a flight with acute stomach pain, rached delhi in morning and did a walk-in to Noble medicare to neet Dr Arora. He sees all patients who come there- by booking or emergency. He was able to draw contiur of the issues based on my symptom and same day provided a slot for endoscopy, ercp exercise in gangaram hospital. I was admitted for three days and based on varied tests- I was diagnosed with a correct issue- surgery was avoided. He is amazingly calm person and sees around 100-200 patients daily from morning 9:30am-10pm. Highly recommended. Infact his whole team is highly trained and whole team gets involved in treatment/ diagnosis.

He told me to visit Noble care and 10am and he himself came at 11:30am, now my appointment time was 2pm which is his ideal time to visit Gangaram hospital. He took only 1min. to assist me. and didn't even checked all the reports throughly.
waste of money and time to visit this doctor. and even the prescribed medicines are not upto the mark. ****** ** * ********* *** ****** *** ****** ****** *** *** ****** ** **** ****** **** ****
Visited For Anal Fissure Treatment (Non-Surgical)
Hoped for better: Doctor friendlinessExplanation of the health issueTreatment satisfactionValue for moneyWait time
Got diarrhea that led to anal fissures. General Surgeon recommended Anil Arora (Noble Medicare).
Treatment duration 2014 (apr-Oct - Rs 1000 for each consultation)
The clinic was jam-packed, patients from all the states of northern and central part of India.
Noble Clinic (in clinic facility - endoscopy, Colonoscopy, sigmoidoscopy and in pharmacy clinic) although in 2014 the machine monitor was substandard. Not sure how is it now.
Note: Colonoscopy will be done without anesthesia in noble clinic.
Consultation days:-
1st appointment:- Gave next appointment for colonoscopy, asked nothing else.
2nd appointment:- 3 hrs of waiting -> Colonoscopy without anesthesia -> 2hrs waiting same day for the follow up.
Follow up again took 3 minutes; asked for insurance (Which I had) so referred to Sir Ganga Ram for Double-balloon enteroscopy (there admitted for 24 hours to claim insurance)
Than it was a continuous cycle of consultations and more consultation with more medicines from there in clinic pharmacy and few more reference to different general surgeons in the same noble clinic.
Meanwhile he did few more endoscopy and sigmoidoscopy.
After 7 months got fed up.
By the way he diagnosed Chron's (confirmed) which a different doc said highly unlikely by May 2015.
1. Overcrowded clinic
2. Ego issues
3. Waiting period
4. Has good experience about his field.
5. Consultations time less then 4 min/patient that too after waiting for weeks and then waiting for hours in clinic.
6. Can't understand the reason of giving appointments if he is too busy to handle 1 patient sincerely.
Not recommended.
Visited For Liver Disease Treatment

TL;DR - Not a satisfying experience. Doctor exhibited apathy to basic questions asked, probably takes normal cases very lightly and shows intetest in highly complicated cases only. Some staff members were full of attitude and not with sense of service to patients.
1) I first visited Dr. Anil Kumar Arora in Sir Ganga Ram hospital for consulting my grade 2 fatty liver. Basic solution to this is stop alcohol and reduce weight. The same was advised by doctor but basic questions like why my liver deteriorated from grade 1 to grade 2 inspite of giving up alcohol for 6-7 months and maintaining almost same weight with reduction of few kilos were completely ignored. Questions on what will the prescribed medicines do were also ignored. And then Doctor asked me to visit 'Nobel Medicare' after 6 weeks.
2) The same attitude of the doctor continued in Nobel Medicare too. On my visit I, very humbly, just asked 2 basic questions that for my liver (a) why Stiffness(KPA) median increased to 6.4 from 5.1 in spite of UAP(dm/m) median decreasing from 360 to 314 after taking medicines for 6 weeks and (b) what does the prescribed medicines exactly do. Doctor ignored both the questions and asked to continue medication and to reduce weight.
3) Fibro Scan report was not delivered to us due to malfunctioning of their device. When inquired twice on that the staff member got agitated and said that go talk to Dr Neeru Arora who checked the issue and arrogantly asked us to go ahead and get the scan somewhere else if we have a problem.
4) The fibroscan was taken on 17-Nov-2018 and we were told that the report will be sent via mail or watsapp as soon as the issue is resolved. I gave my email id and mobile no. and left. But I didn't get the report till 22-Nov-2018. When i called the clinic they again took my mobile no. and asked to wait till next morning. When i called next evening to convey that i have still not received the reports the receptionist just said call tomorrow, and when i said i was told the same yesterday she started talking very rudely and refused to give any info about my report or her name so that i could follow up. I did get the reports after another receptionist called back though.

Anil Kumar Arora is a 30 seconds doctor. At Gangaram hospital he provides maximum talktime of 30 seconds after wait time of two hours at OPD. We Visited the doctor in July 2021 for my father's treatment. * ******* **** * *** ***** *** ****** ******** **** *** **** ** ** **t we still decided to give a chance since my father went through a by-pass surgery in the same hospital. I booked a appointment and I was given the slot for 2.30pm. I reached there at 2pm considering the formalities which I might have to fulfill before meeting the doctor. We reached there and paid 2000/- for the consultation and I talked to the guy standing outside the cabin. He prepared my file and asked me to wait. After waiting for 2 hours, I again checked with him if we can meet doctor now to which he replied to wait more. I asked how long will I have to wait, he mentioned to wait for 2 hours more, after waiting for 4 hours at around 6pm, I again checked if we can meet now to which he asked to wait for 3 more hours and said that doctor might be able to meet at 9pm considering the slot provided for 2.30pm. And when we entered the doctor Cabin, he was talking to the patient and after that he went to attached washroom and once he was back, he immediately went outside the cabin and came back after 20-25 mins. Then after waiting for more 20-25 mins in his cabin he finally came back and we thought, he will ask about the problem which the patient is facing. But he hardly care about that and continuously calling people from his multiple phones one after other. He didn't care to see the reports (CT Scan, Ultrasound, Blood reports), didn't talk to patient and advised us to admit the patient and said they will see what can be done in this case. We asked about the problem, which he ignored, we asked about the estimate expenses to which he said he don't know, we asked about the estimated time of admission, to which he replied talk to my assistant. After waiting for 7 hours, we got to meet him. He was there with us for 2-3 odd minutes but in that time, he was continuously on the call. If he receive any call that I understand but he was calling other people from his 2-3 phones which he is carrying.
Also we got my father admitted under his supervision but in 5 days, he never get the chance to visit my father's room although we were paying for his 2 visits each day. I asked the hospital when will he visit my father to which the hospital replied he don't have time to visit each patient. His team is taking care of patient. I paid around 1.2 lakhs in total and we were not told about the problem, we were not told about the treatment which they gave and at last we were not told about the action steps or precautions which we need to take for future.

We were recommended to visit Doctor Anil by the other doctor from Jammu. We booked appointment for 12 as the schedule available is only 12 to 2 pm. So my uncle reached Delhi early morning today from Jammu. We reached hospital at 11:45 and before making payment checked with his assistant for doctor's availability. She told us he is in hospital and should be here (for consultation) anytime. We kept waiting and there were many more patients like us who have been booked for same schedule. After waiting for long till 1:30, we asked his assistant and she told us he is taking classes and will take some time and we asked her, doesn't he know that he has so many patients waiting? She had no answer and we kept waiting till 2:10 when finally doctor arrived.
I shouldn't forget to mention, he charges Rs. 2000 as his fees and not what's is mentioned on Practo.
He didn't bother to check up the patient, ******* *** ** **** ** ******** ********* He straight away asked if we have claim. We said yes and he was you should better get admitted to hospital and then we can perform required tests and figure out the issue.
I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. He has no respect for time neither for his nor for the patients and their attentands.
He is clearly one who likes to keep a crowd of patients outside his room. I regret to not go through the similar reviews on Practo before considering to visit him.

I along with my mother visited ******** hospital for the first time for her gastric problem. We waited for more than 4 hours. The first experience with Dr. Anil Kumar was good . He wrote some medicines. He told us to come back after a month. It's been more than 4 months my mother is not recovered fully. Whenever she takes those medicines then there is no problem but as soon as she stops ,the problems reoccure. Since then we have been visiting his clinic( Noble Medicare situated in Janakpuri) with the hope that he would recommend why the problem still persist.
******** ** ****** **** ** ****** ***** **** ********* * ** *** **** ******* ***** *************** ** *** ********** ******* ** ********* ** **** he is more interested in asking where do we stay ,what am I doing currently etc. For middle class income people paying RS 1500 just for 30 seconds consultation is not worth at all. I would say for the first time patients he may be good but the next you visit again he will not listen to you. I visited this doctor after reading positive feedback from patients but now I am writing my feedback after having experienced myself.
Highly unsatisfied.

I have been taking treatment from some other Gastro Doctor in Indirapuram and visited Doctor Anil Arora after seeing his vast experience and high rating for a second opinion about the problem detected and treatment going on. I was totally disappointed after meeting him. Although he was friendly but not much concerned about devoting time on me after seeing other patients seeing in his chamber. I had two Endoscopy reports done with a gap of 2 months,2 Biopsy Reports and Medical prescription of my doctor. I especially went to him to get his expert opinion about my illness/problem and the line of treatment going on. I had many more questions to ask about the dietary advice, other precautions, life style etc but I was surprised that without giving much heed to the reports and papers *** *** ***** ******* ******** **** ********* ******* * ************** ******** he just took 1-2 minutes to prescribe the medicines & wanted to dispose me off quickly. I insisted him to explain the problems detected but he handed over one small booklet and asked me to go through the same. In the meantime, he was also talking to two other ladies, probably next patient who entered the chamber as I entered to meet Doctor and sat therein. First of all, Doctor should not allow other patients to enter while talking to the one he is already attending. It seems I have just wasted time and good amount of money without any satisfaction.
