Dr. Anchal Gupta was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. She guided me through all the necessary tests and prescribed the right eye drops. It was a great first eye check-up experience at age 63.

Dr Anchal, is an excellent eye surgeon. She has a brilliant mix of precision, personal touch and professionalism that makes her stand out in her sphere of work. She operated on my 77 year old dad and for a moment he never felt that he was being handled by a professional who he was practically meeting for the second time. The surgery was neat, painless with no post surgery complications whatsoever. Due to this my dad has had good progress and the vision came back as expected. Dr Anchal has been able to garner a lot of love and blessings from our entire family. Way to go Dr. Anchal !!!

But hey, beware when you leave after the payment, because u might get 5-6 calls saying "come back and please do the payment" even after you took your medicines from the desk, you took your change, you took the bill and kept meds nd the papers in your bag and even said thank you, right in front of the reception, right under the cctv surveillance. They'll still call you. I had to return to the clinic from the nehru enclave just to make them sure. That I paid already.

Finally after two poor experiences, i found a trustworthy doctor for my mother. I reached her clinic at around 2000 Hrs. Dr. Anchal was leaving for the day but she was courteous enough and she examined my mother with her extreme patience and full attention. The doctor has very calm and pleasant personality. She answered the numerous questions my mother had about her eye In a very ladylike manner and made her understand very well. The diagnosis and the treatment worked very well and my mother started feeling better from the very next day.

I hope that the consistency remains.

Dr Gupta made an immediate diagnosis (keratitis , viral infection on the cornea of the left eye) and issued an effective and comprehensive prescription which has ensured speedy recovery.  She is competent, dynamic and quick on her feet, all of which evokes a patient's confidence and grants a sense of reassurance that a bewildered patient in crisis needs desperately.

She has an excellent follow up process in place with reminders sent 24 hours before the date of appointment.

May her endeavours with Netram bear more fruit and her vision behind it be realized completely .

Dr Anchal is excellent. She has an excellent mix of personal touch & professionalism. The operation was neat with no complications post operation . She really puts sincere efforts and makes the patient very comfortable and confident that his/her problem can be resolved in an very easy way. The entire staff was very friendly.
