Dear Practo TeamAs per the information given by Doctor's staff and Doctor himself, the time of consultation was told as 5 to 6 P.M. In spite of the fact that there was no patient at the time in waiting when we reached at about 5 P.M. the doctor came in his room at 5:45 P.M. and consulted between 5:50 P.M. and 6 P.M. We were expecting that when we will reach the Doctor's place in time we may have to wait for our turn if there are other patients also.But this wait in absence of any other patient was really unwanted and tiring for an elderly patient. Also, the consultation was charged as 500/- instead of 400/-(as mentioned in your app) Please consider these crucial issues faced while we met the doctor for consultation.We shall be highly grateful to you.Thanking you.
