Dr. Alok Agarwal

I visited Dr Alok Agarwal sir for my swelling in partod gland. He diagnosed me very well, explained to the point what further actions I need to take and wonderfully executed the surgery afterwards when I got admitted.He also told me about negative side of the surgery which might happen after surgery but he assured us nothing will happen. And after surgery I am totally okay and still visiting him for regular consultation.So my overall experience is very great and I would like to recommend Dr Alok Agarwal sir for visit.

I was suffering from persistently discharge with stains of blood from my right year, consequently consulted to two doctors out of one was associated professor in renowned medical College they prescribed me antibiotic but ear discharge not improved and geting more worsen, for a weak i had a sleepless night but by the grace of God I visited Ganga Ram hospital where Dr. God i.e Dr. Alok Aggarwal treated me and prescribed one week medicine and after taking medicine, within 24hr i observed improvement now my ear discharge with blood completely cured.

From core of my heart i sincerely thanks to doctor sahab who born as a god in a form of human being with such a magical and clinical hands. Thanks Sir

My mother is undergone Tympanoplasty and cortical Mastoidectomy surgery by Dr Alok.

Now she is recovering very fast and feeling better than before.

Dr. Alok is a very generous person best ENT specialist and strict towards his profession. He described well the problem and their solution very well. And yes he is slight costly but it is worth for the treatment given by him. Also if one cannot afford the treatment one can request him as I did and if afford than please go ahead.

And last but not least thanks to my friend pooja who suggested me for the treatment by Dr. Alok and helped me at each and every steps.

My experience with Dr.Alok Agarwal went from pleasant and professional to horrible and unprofessional in a matter of 2 minutes.

I'll give my account here in detail so that this is not accused of being a false review.

I am musician and I have been experiencing ringing in my ears.

I have had 3 appointments with Dr.Alok and at all these times he was extremely professional and I was extremely respectful of him and of how I asked my questions from him.

In my last visit with him I was advised to schedule an appointment after a month to review how my situation was and during that meeting I had specifically asked him if I could reach out to him if I had any discomforts or if the ringing increased and he said yes.

After 10 days my ringing had increased *** * **** ** *** ******** **** ********** ** *** *** ***** ******** **** ** ******** *** * **** ******* **** ** * ******** ** *** ** ******* *** ***** ** ** ******** *** *** ***** ** ** ******** ***** *******So I decided to fix an appointment with a dentist and also decided to inform Dr.Alok about it as I felt it was important to do so and also I had failed to previously mention that I was having discomfort in my jaw.

So I reached out to his clinic on the afternoon of 22 Sept'20 in order to check if I could have a word with Dr.Alok about my situation.I was told the clinic will put me in touch with the doctor after 6, since I hadn't heard from the clinic by 7, I decided to call the clinic and Dr.Alok answered.

I told him my name and reminded him of who I was and what was the issue I was facing.Then I apologised to him for not informing him about the discomfort in my jaw and that it was my mistake *** **** * **** *** * **** ** *** ******** **** *** ********** ** ** *** ***** ** ******* ** ******** *** **** I had fixed an appointment with a dentist for the same.

He told me that I can go and see the dentist if I want but my jaw pain has no connection with my tinnitus and then when I was just about to ask him about the change in the pitch and the volume of my tinnitus due to movement of my jaw, he started speaking to me very rudely.

I was trying to ask him about this issue and what does it mean or is it common but before I could, as soon I said 'BUT SIR SINCE I READ I REALISED', Dr.Alok started speaking very rudely and told me that he knows everything that I am going to say and that I should not try and 'educate' him with the non sense that I have been reading online.

After Dr.Alok hung up the call I was feeling extremely humiliated and also distressed.As a musician I had placed a lot of faith in him because the problem I am facing causes a lot of concerns especially in my profession and his behaviour was just absolutely RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

As a patient who is distressed about the situation that I am facing I felt even worse because of the behaviour and the temperament of my doctor.

PS: This is a doctor that gave me the advice in my first session to meditate and do yoga as according to him My generation has lost its way as 'we' can't stay calm and that 'we' don't have any patience for anything.

Very Disappointing Experience with Dr. Alok Agarwal - ENT

My wife had been experiencing a heavy sensation in her ear for quite some time. We consulted several ENT specialists in and around Uttam Nagar and Dwarka, but she didn’t get any relief. Then we came across Dr. Alok Agarwal on Google and found that he is a reputed doctor and the Chairperson at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital.

We decided to visit him with high hopes. His consultation fee was ₹2,500, and an additional ₹200 was charged for registration at the hospital. ******** ***** *** ** ** ******* ***** ****** * ******** * **** ********* ** we ended up paying ₹2,200 for the first visit.

We went with all previous prescriptions and reports, expecting a proper diagnosis. When our turn came, there were 3-4 junior doctors in the room who took the reports and started checking them. My wife explained her issue to Dr. Alok and mentioned that we had come with great expectations. After hearing her problem, the doctor looked at me and asked whether we wanted to go ahead with some tests. * *** * *** ******** ** ** *** ** *** ****** ** **** ******* ** ******** ********* I told him to do whatever he thinks is right. He wrote down some tests and told us to get them done.

Two days later, we returned with the test reports. Most of the results were normal. Then he asked us to get another test done for the ear drum. We paid ₹1,910 at the hospital and completed the test. When we met the doctor again, he said everything seemed normal. My wife asked, “Then why am I still facing the issue? My ear feels very heavy, as if there’s some fluid moving inside. It’s very uncomfortable.”

To this, Dr. Alok responded that sometimes people just feel something is wrong even when reports are normal—implying it was all in her head. He prescribed some medicines and asked us to come back after 30 days.

**** ** **** *** ****, my wife ***** **** ** ****** *** felt helpless and discouraged, thinking her condition might never get better.*** *** **** ************ ** *** ******** ******** *** ********** ********* At the very least, he could have tried to motivate the patient and offer some emotional support instead of saying “it’s just in your mind.”

We still followed his prescribed treatment for 30 days, but unfortunately, my wife got no relief.

I had heard a lot about Dr. Alok Agarwal, but my experience was completely opposite. ******* ******** **** **** **** *** ****** ** ***** ** *********** ** ******** ******** *** **** ***** ** *** ************ *** *********** Not recommended.

* **** **** *** ********** ***** **** ** ** **** *I am facing a serious hearing issue in my ear and irritating sound in my ear from last 2 weeks , then i visit Dr.Alok after suggesting by some of my relative. first i have to wait more that 1.5 hour because doctor is busy in some surgery but that would fine and in the mean while i have examine by some of his intern and she ask me for a test (impedence and hearing test) cost (2000rs) but after the doctor came we just called me in the cabin and ask me for a test (ecogg) cost about (7000rs) without asking my issue and from how long i am facing the issue means he did not diagnose or examine me by any kind of question. after test i was told the test the report will come on the next working day then again i visit the Doctor he just saw the report and told me there is no medicine of the issue use the hearing aid and when i told him please check the issue i am suffering from 2 weeks than he shock and ask me again are you sure its from 2 weeks .and then again he ask me for more test then i decide to no proceed further with this doctor and consult to another one. **** ***** ********** ******* ****** *** *** ****** ***** *** * **** ** *********** **** ** * **** *

I humble requesting you Dr. Alok Aggarwal when some one come to consult you after paying your consultation fees please take him serious because when any patient comes to you he is also having same expectation with you

I was hearing some irritating beeps and humming sounds in my right ear. (Tinnitus) I visited Dr Alok, first he listened my problem, and asked me to get done my audiometry test. Audiometry test done at his clinic in 15 minutes and got the report in 5 minutes. My right ear hearing was less at high frequency, but it was too mild. So I was not advised for hearing aid and Dr prescribed me medicines for Tinnitus and also asked me to deal with the same. But because of his treatment my problem was solved in three months. He told there was was in my both ear I need to use ear drops for a week in next visit he cleaned my ear wax easily without pain by suction.

And I got rid of that irritating sounds.

7 Years ago I had gone through with a major surgery in Ghaziabad (UP). Which went unsuccessful. I still had problem in my ear. It all started with headache and ear pain. Then by God grace luckily I booked an appointment with doctor Alok Agarwal at his clinic Nidanta Ent in East Patel nagar where doctor examined me properly and he diagnosed CSOM both ears. Then i got done my audiometery test in clinic on same day. My hearing was fine .I Had to go through an ear surgery called tympanoplasty. Dr. operated me in sir ganga ram hospital. My post operation appointments were so nice and professional.

Dr.Alok is very smart and kind doctor. Now I have recovered, I'm happy and satisfied with Dr. Alok and Team

I was suffering from throat disturbance and having pain while swallowing at right back side of throat. This problem was irritating me for around 6 months. I visited Dr Alok Agarwal at his clinic Nidanta ENT Superspeciality clinic, his diagnosis was very good. First he denied to do endoscopy because he knows that nothing is there for worry. But after my request he did endoscopy in sir gangaram hospital on next day. His prescription was also up to relevancy. No unnecessary antibiotics he prescribed. He asked me to ignore the symptoms. I tried it along with my prescribed medicines. Now I am feeling well.

I suffered sinusitis issue in July 2021. It was so bad I was not able to sleep at all during nights. I was very painful. I consulted two ENT specialist and homeopathy treatment also, but had no relief after a month when I consulted Dr Alok Agarwal it took one week and things started improving, more so Dr was so kind. He was always available on what's app or call unlike other Doctor whose only agenda was to ask for consultation charges. Dr step by step took me to proper treatment by reducing strong dose to medium to mild. Finally I got relief from this pain.
