i m writing dis feedback because i am happy with the management and cashier available at the counters....

dr prescribed a vaccination for my wife which cost 1100 i paid for that and then when we went to emergency for injection then told us that we need to pay 40 rs more for injection service charges and in addition they said we don't have gloves so u need to purchase same form pharmacy which cost which coat 22 rs each pair ******** ** ** ** *******giving extra money is not an issue but for titnes injection i have to stand in billing queue thrice first for consultation fee second for injection and test receipt 3rd again for injection service charge and in addition i had to stand in queue for purchasing gloves. why u guys won't ask in 1st go.... what is the reason for troubling patients and attendents

**** ************* *** ********** ********* ********* ***** I took my wife for treatment of a cyst in her ovary. hemorrhage cyst which were getting developed every month for last few months. she was very clear and convincing at consultation that its better to remove her left ovary to get freedom from the recurring problem. wife was admitted and operated with laparoscopy on august 24, 2016. today again when she reported pain in left side. we were shocked to find that the ovary was not removed but only cyst was removed. and when consulted she took an absolute U turn that ovary removal was not suggested and nor done. ****** ********* *** ***** ******

Went to consult wife's pregnancy.

Was not a good experience as doctor (being at a very high post) was just too closed minded and was especially not at all compassionate.

Simple questiones raised her tempers and gave wierd, non-helpful answers.

Also scared wife as hell with even when reports are normal. Similar questions were answered well at other places.

Imp: did not do physical checkup and just wrote future tests with basic info like what to eat and do which is general knowledge.

She might be experienced but i did not felt her helpful and worth the time and money.

Hi,Dr alka jain is good doctor and profettional but hospital managment is a mess . I visited hospital today with my pregnant wife. And there pregnant ladies are send to emergency word for 1 tetness enjection where covid and all cases are first monitored.**** **** **** ********* ** ***** ** **** ****** *** ******** ********So i tell you this all process goes like this.First a person bill 600 rs for doctors appointment and that billing line is not small. Then doctor asks for tetness injection then purchase a tetness injection and stand in line outside of pharmacy. Then pay for injected it and again stand for paying 40 rs charge for injecting it.Then when you go inside that emergency word then doctor inside asks to but a pair of glove as well. that cost approximatly 15 rs.There where many questions arrising in mind at that time ***** ********* ** **** * **** ******** * ** ******** ****second question why billing process is such a mess.***** ******** *** ******** ***** ****** ** ** ********* ** ******** **** ****** **** ** **** *fourth if i am paying you what you want . then why is this process i am wasting so much time .fifth why pregnent ladies are not getting these facilty at the same place where doctor examines the patient .If govt is saying pregnant ladies and senior citizen are more prone to corona then where is hospitals responsibilty come to play in all of this .

Very rude, I don’t think doctors should be such rude with patients who believe on them and follow all the suggestions*** **** *** ******* **** **** ** *********** ******
