Dr. A K Verma

He has a vast experience of independently performing almost all types of major neurological surgeries including aneurysm clipping, trans-sphenoidal surgery, trans-oral excision of odontoid, brachial plexus injury surgery, and much more. He has also been a renowned faculty at various prestigious medical colleges across the country. He has been awarded with Vishisht Seva Medal by the President of India for distinguished services in 1990. He has been felicitated by Delhi Medical Association (DMA) for pioneering work in spinal surgery in 2002. He has individually performed on more than 4000 lumbar and 1000 cervical micro-discectomies. He has done research work for neural transplantation in peripheral nerves injuries and is an active member of various neurosurgical societies across the country
