Hi, I am Sudha Kumar, 52F. I was admitted to Apollo hospital in Emergency with severe complications in July 2001. Then I was just 28 year old. I was diagnosed with SLE with multi organ involvement and Dr. Mishra, Nephrologist, treated me. I was in constant treatment upto 2009 and after that all medicine was stopped. My renal transplant was done under the supervision of Dr (Col) Mishra in Dec 2003 at Apollo hospital, New Delhi. Since then I have been regularly visiting him for follow up .Even if I feel perfectly ok and having normal reports , I make it a point to see him once in 2--3 months ,wherever I am, because by just meeting him I feel relaxed and motivated. I have great admiration for him.
