This is a pathetic and traumatizing experience. ****** ******* ** ** **** ******** *** **** **** *** ***** ****** ** *** ********* ** ******* **** ****** ******* ** ****** **** ** ******** ******* ******** ** **** ** *** ********** *****. They always make excuses for allotment of room either before or after surgery. Dr had told us that stone will be removed in 1 surgery only ** ** *** * **** **** ** * ****** **** *** ** *** **** * ******** charged approx 2 lakhs but before he had told us total amount of 1 lakh 10 thousand. He had done two surgery for 1 kidney stones *** ******* *** ** ****** ***** ******* ** **** ****** *** **** ** ** *****

After waiting for an hour, when we met the doctor, he turned out be in a hurry.He was very very rude. Not giving straight answers. Extremely unprofessional. he spoke rudely to all patients. There was a 31 yr old guy who got his covid-19 report so he can get operated, however the doctor refused to consider his report seemingly because the test was not done from his hospital. Overall it's not at all worth paying him Rs. 1000 that we paid him and I request pls avoid this doctor at any cost. *** ***** ******* ** **** **** ******** *** ***** ** ** * *** *******

I had a horrible and a completely unprofessional experience with Dr. Ajay Aggarwal , he seemed in such a hurry and couldn't even spare 5 mins to listen to me so that i can explain my symptoms to him , during the consultation the staff kept coming in and he would stop listening to me and give them the first priority and i would get so uncomfortable bcoz i cannot tell my embarrassing symptoms in front of the staff . He listened to me in a hurry and told me its nothing to worry about and just stormed out of the clinic with the nursing staff coz he had other work to do . * **** ***** **** ******* ** ***** ** *** ***** *******

Got treated here for kidney stones by Dr. Ajay Aggarwal. I must say he is a real expertise in his field, very soft spoken and make the patient feel completely relaxed. All the support staff is really good and friendly, you can feel at home among them. I will surely recommended this hospital and the doctor if you have any urology related problem or stones.Thank you Dr Ajay for the treatment.

Be it Doctor Ajay ji or nurses or admin staffs everyone's behaviour was cordial. Treatment was done carefully.
