Extremely bad experience!
We booked the appointment for 8:15 PM (via Practo) for my 23 months old daughter (allergy). After booking I called Dr. A J Kanwars clinic for confirmation, clinic staff said that doctor will not be sitting so late, so try to reach clinic by 7:30. I insisted that we can only reach by 8:15 then she agreed. Again I called (around 7:20 PM) for the directions, she just wanted me to cancel the appointment. She asked are you still planning to come to the clinic? where are you right now? Will you be able to reach before 8:00? Try to come before time....On reaching the clinic, she asked me and my 23 month old daughter to go inside the doctor's clinic, but stopped my husband, as she wanted him to make the payment first. While the doctor was examining my daughter, my daughter started crying, so my husband wanted to enter the doctor's cabin but she didn't allowed him, rather she asked my husband to leave his bank card and then enter the cabin. Till the time payment was not made she didn't allowed my husband to enter the cabin, no mater how much my daughter was crying. Receipt of the fees was also not provided to us.
Doctor also seems to be least interested, as he was in a hurry. He repeated the same medicines which I informed that I have been giving to my daughter and is not working...
My suggestion to Dr. A J Kanwars clinic: if 8:15 pm is so late for you then do not show the availability of slot on Practo. Patients takes lot of efforts to visit doctor. Please respect this fact! Also trust your patients (that is they will not run away without paying the fees).

This doctor is a genius . My 9 year old son is a patient of atopic dermatitis (eczema) . In the past few years I visited 8 - 9 dermatologist ,but my son didn't get any relief, even for the last 6 months his face also affected and eczema developed on various parts of his body and his itching problem was going worsen. I consulted at max hospital saket also and all so called leading dermatologist in Delhi but no one could treat the problem. When I visited to Dr. Kanwar on July 11th this year, Sir listened to me very patiently and carefully and examined my son thoroughly even in the period of Covid 19 . I really appreciate that commitment of the doctor. After writing prescription he described me every thing in detail regarding how to apply creams and ointment and taking care of his skin and all necessary precautions. And you can't believe for revisit he suggested me to come after diwali this year . I was thinking that time, that 4 months will be a very big gap for follow up , but I'm highly surprised that today it's only 5th day after visiting him and my son has 70% relief from eczema on hand folds, neck, face and on other body parts. His itching problem is almost gone, skin is again feeling smooth after such a long time . It's totally miracle for me. For the past 8 years I never experienced such great relief to my son atopic dermatitis problem . In the area of clinical dermatology his experience and knowledge is outstanding. This time I did so much research to find a dermatologist , and to coming delhi from meerut for my son , I didn't have to be disappointed . Many many thanks to Dr. A.J. Kanwar sir.
