I visited Abhirachna Dental twice, but unfortunately, my gum problem was not resolved even after two months. An X-ray was advised during the first visit, for which they charged ₹1,000, ***** *** ***** **** ******* ** ****** ********* ******* ********* *** ****** ** ***** The treatment mainly consisted of vitamins and painkillers, with no effective solution to the underlying problem.

Respected Sir, We are sorry to learn that you were dissatisfied with your experience. However, we would like to clarify the facts for the benefit of anyone reading your review. At your visits to Abhirachna Dental & Aesthetics, you were examined and appropriate advice was given based on the clinical findings. For your gum-related concerns, professional dental cleaning was advised, as this is the most basic and essential first step in managing gum disease. Unfortunately, this treatment was not undertaken. You were also counselled regarding your history of chronic smoking. On your second visit, the importance of stopping smoking was again discussed, particularly in view of the white patch noted in your mouth. Such a lesion can have a number of causes and cannot be labelled as precancerous without appropriate investigation. Depending on the clinical presentation, conservative management may include eliminating contributing factors, nutritional support such as multivitamins and antioxidants, and close observation. However, to establish a definitive diagnosis and rule out any significant pathology, a biopsy was also advised. It is therefore important to clarify that you were not simply given medicines without appropriate advice or a treatment plan. The recommended cleaning, smoking cessation, and further evaluation, including biopsy, were explained to you, but these advised steps were not undertaken. We respect every patient's right to share their experience. At the same time, we believe it is important that reviews reflect the complete clinical context and the treatment that was actually advised. We wish you good health and the very best for the future, and sincerely hope that you are able to give up smoking, particularly in view of the oral changes that were noted.

I'm worried that I'll be asked to pay more for additional treatment. ** ***** **** ** *** ** **** ******* ******* ** * ******* ******** ***** ********* ** ********** Lastly, after paying Rs 1500 just as a regular visit, I wasn't even given my X ray print and soft copy after asking for it proactively.

Dear Raghav ji We regret that you did not have a great experience with us, but are glad that our advice has afforded you some relief. We are sorry that the specific doctor wasn’t available on the day you scheduled your appointment, but it was confirmed that you were informed about it over the call. When you mentioned that you were in discomfort, another senior dentist saw you after making sure you were okay with it. Also, you were charged a consultation of Rs 500, the one that you agreed to. The Endodontist did see you on the subsequent 2 visits, without any further charges, as is our policy with any patient. We apologise we were unable to give the films of the scan as we have the digital machine, but hope the mailed images are satisfactory. It has been a pleasure seeing you on your subsequent visits and we appreciate your medical background and knowledge. For the same reason, we hope you would appreciate the value of the machines and equipment at our center. Of course, we cannot match the infrastructure of AIIMS, but at our humble level, we try our best. Our interactions have been nice with you and we wish you the very best 🙏
