I am writing this review based on my experience with the care of a patient.
In March 2024, the patient was found to have a 1.2 × 1.5 cm lung nodule with a prior history of prostate cancer (diagnosed in 2019). Given the oncological history and the radiological appearance of the lesion* * ******* * ********* ****** ****** **** **** ******** *********** ******** an EBUS was performed, which did not provide a definitive diagnosis********** ****** ** ***** ************* ******** ******** ** *** **** ** *** ****** *** ******** ********* ******* ********** * ********** ****** ********** *** *********** *** ******* ********* ** ******* *************** ********* ***** ********* ** * *** ****** ****** **** *** ***** Subsequently, following PET-CT findings showing FDG uptake, ********** ******* *** **** ********* ****** **** ********* * ********** ****** ********** ** ** ******** ***** ******** ********* ****** ***************** ************.
The final diagnosis of lung adenocarcinoma was established in April 2026, approximately two years after the lung nodule was first identified. **** ** ************ **** ********* ******** ******* *** ******* ********* ** * ********** ********* ****** *** *** ********** ********* *********** * *********** ****** I believe earlier tissue diagnosis may have allowed treatment at an earlier stage and potentially expanded the patient's treatment options.
I hope this feedback encourages greater emphasis on clinicoradiological correlation, multidisciplinary discussion, and timely tissue diagnosis in patients with suspicious pulmonary nodules, particularly those with a prior history of malignancy.
This review reflects my personal experience and opinion based on the patient's clinical course.

Visited For Chronic/Persistent Cough
The doctor explained everything well and the overall visit went smoothly. Although the clinic visit was just okay, I would still recommend Dr. Abhinav Guliani to others and rate the experience 4 out of 5. I consulted for a dry cough.
