Booked my appointment online. The clinic follows a booking system where they only call one patient in a 15 minutes slot. I reached on time and didn’t have to wait to see the doctor. She didn’t rush through my problems and listened patiently. She very responsive on my follow up questions through WhatsApp.

I searched for a endocrinologist for years and was so delighted when I found her. She is very professional, bright, and empathetic. She really engaged in patient-centered care. I look forward to my appointments with her. I would give her my highest ratings without any hesitation. FIVE STARS!

I had been searching for an Endocrinologist and found Dr Aastha on the web. Her reviews are articulated to the point. She is very helpful. Takes her time and listens to his patients. Dr. Astha has very rude behavior. My mother, who is an old patient, waited a very long time to consult with the doctor, even though she was unwell and We are saying her to change dr. I had consulted her for thyroid i had taken her appointment on tuesday but she refused to attend in the same day and gave me another time after 2 days...Then i again tried to contact her after 3 days of consultation as i was not feeling well *** ** **** ********* ********** ** *******I tried to reach her number of times on that day but she kept on delaying and didnot responded back

Minimal, if any, wait time. she is ********* ************* *** very compassionate. She is thorough and makes sure her patients understand treatment. She took the time to answer. I am so happy to have finally found a great doctor to treat my thyroid disease!

Consulted her for hormonal imbalance and she said get these tests done then we will see after the tests results she recommended more tests. After the result of those she said come and meet me and i have to pay again for new appointment i mean what process these doctors are doing making patients wait for 1 hour at there clinic which is highly crowded and then need to pay fee again to show the reports my first appointment was waist of money *** **** ***** **** **** ***** *** all the money that you invested on tests and now waiting time is again 1 week totally disappointing very unprofessional * ***** *** *** ******** ******* ******* *** ******* ***** she waisted my 14 days and now want me to wait one more week almost a month to get consultation from these fellows. Never go to her place she is a total waist of time and money .

My appointment was scheduled for 9am and it is automatically rescheduled for 10:30 am without my consent. Why ?? Moreover, i think she was not doctor, she was her staff. She just sent a predrafted whatsapp msg and asked me to go for more than 13 tests which costs around 20k. **** without speaking to me for a minute. *** *** ** ***** **** ** ********** *** ****** ** ************ ***** * ****** ** *** ** ****** * ******* *** *** ****** *** ** ****** I would not recommend her for any treatment. My appointment was rescheduled after hours and no cancellation options was provided. She just sent a pre drafted whatsapp msg and asked me to prepare a 30 days chart after that she will recommend any medicine. What about my current pain or emergency?

****** *** **** *** she did her job well. But there is something really wrong I had experienced in this hospital is the rude and misleading receptionist. I had my advance appointment at 10:15am. I reached hospital on time. But she let me wait for an hour just by saying that the doctor is busy. I had patience and I waited but after an hour doctor herself rang me. When I asked the receptionist that the doctor is calling me, Can't I go? Now look at this woman, I don't understand what was wrong with her , she still asked me to wait for 2 min and then to go. Such a bad experience!! And the most interesting part is that the doctor was surprised to know that why did she asked me to wait for an hour because the doctor was on time waiting for me coz I did an advanced booking for this appointment. I am so pissed off by the behaviour of the hospital employees. I personally would never visit this hospital ever again. People working here had no respect for time. Neither of self, nor of others!

**** **** **** *** ** ******** *** ********.First she recommend about some test and after approaching to her with test....she recommend another tests *** *** *** *********...She aked me to approach her with all new tests through whatsup....But i have a confusion if there is problem then what wil be solution....or we go for further test though the earlier tests are normal....Why the doctors are referring more test *** ***** ****** *********...and tests are very expensive which she recommended...it is almost 20000rs now...
