Dr. Aarushi Dewan is a RCI licensed clinical psychologist. She has done her PSY.D. (Doctorate Degree in Clinical Psychology) accredited by Rehabilitation Council of India which is the highest academic degree offered in the field of clinical psychology. She has over 10 years of clinical experience in treating individuals with mental health conditions. She has over 9000 hours of successful therapy hours. She follows an evidence based and tailor made eclectic approach towards therapy according to the patient’s specific symptomatology and ensures providing a safe , non judgmental space for patients to be able to address their emotional conflicts. She follows an approach of unconditional positive regard towards all her clients irrespective of their gender , cultural background enabling a sense of security and trust in the clients. She has an expertise in the field of cognitive behavioural therapy , dialectical behavioural therapy, exposure response prevention , trauma focused therapy, grief therapy, behaviour therapy , acceptance and commitment therapy, marital therapy and family therapy , queer affirmative therapy.
