Always late and dismissive of patient's health problems. She dissuaded me from having the pap smear which was a part of my health package, despite my telling her about my family history of ovarian cancer. She was late for the follow-up check-up by an hour, after it had been rescheduled twice. I watched other patients leave in frustration after having come all the way from Ghaziabad thrice. She dismissed my health concerns, and acted as though I was wasting her time asking for a follow-up investigation for PCOS, making disrespectful remarks about anxiety and my reasons for discontinuing/not wanting to take the OCP, and didn't change her tune until I got up and left.
