Dr Sarin is one of the most helpful *** ************* doctor I have come across. My dad had creatinine of 5.5 and doctor in other hospital was not helpful. Dr Sarin diagnosed the issue well. Explained his course of treatment and brought creatinine down to 2.9. There is no risk of dialysis anymore. Would definitely recommend him.

My mother suffered a sudden increase in creatinine levels (3.95) with eGFR of (15) in April 2025. She never had a medical history of Kidney problem. We panicked as a family and started searching for best nephrologist in Delhi NCR and since I live in New York, USA and few of doctor friends here suggested Dr. Ashok Sarin, we immediately booked appointment and consulted him and within a week time my mother started feeling better. Dr. Sarin gave us confidence that she will be fine with proper medication and improved lifestyle and there is no need for Dialysis.
Dr. Ashok Sarin is god sent for us, now with his guidance and medication, Creatinine levels has come down to (1.39) and eGFR has improved to (44), this is as of November 2025. I am hopeful that all reports will be normal in sometime.
I sincerely thank Dr. Ashok Sarin for his consultation* *

I took my father for a consultation with this doctor, expecting a respectful and thorough evaluation. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory.
The doctor came across as dismissive and unapproachable. ** ****** **** *** **** ** ********** ** ******** ******* ******* ** ****** *** ********* ** *** ******* ****** ******* ** ******** ** * ********** *********** ** ****** ** ****** **** *** ************** ***** ******* *** **** *** ******* ****** * ****** ***** *** ***** ** ******* **** ***** *** ***** *** **** *********** *** *************.
There was a noticeable lack of empathy and patience throughout the consultation. My father, an elderly patient, felt unheard and disrespected, which was particularly disheartening.
To add to the discomfort, the very first thing addressed upon our arrival was the consultation fee, rather than the patient’s condition. It gave the impression that the focus was more transactional than compassionate.
Overall, this was a disappointing visit. I would advise others seeking respectful and considerate care to explore alternative options.

My father has been suffering from CKD( Chronic Kidney disease) from last 2 years. I live in Chicago(USA), being away from my parents was very disheartening to see his kidney numbers going bad. I found Dr Sarin online through Practo while searching for top 10 nephrologists in delhi. After reading all the reviews shared by patients on google reviews and practo, i knew i could trust him with my father. We went to 2 more Nephrologist’s before contacting Dr.Sarin without any change in his condition . After our first consultation with Dr Ashok Sarin my father started feeling drastically better mentally and physically. His creatinine, potassium and Microalbumin numbers have started coming down. He has been under Dr Sarin’s treatment from last 2 months and there is a tremendous change in his kidney functioning, all his number are almost within range now.He give such positive vibes to the patients, that patients starts feeling better immediately. *** ***** ** ****** ********** ** ****** * *** * **** **** ********** **** *** ***** ***** * ***** ************ **** *****. I paid his full fee i.e. Indian currency Rs. 2500 for not even a 15 minutes time of him. He was in so much of hurry as if he is talking to me for free and constantly tried to hang up the call telling me that he has other patients waiting when I had booked his appointment 3 days prior the video consultation. This started from the very beginning of the consultation, the first thing he said to me was, "Oh, I charge higher price for international patient." which I understand and maybe I would have paid him that extra money even though I paid his full amount which is definitely not low. (It is Rs. 2500 for like 5 minutes maybe) Since I was calling from Nepal, he constantly made me feel very bad about his fee through out the call.
Moreover, when I was asking question, he was getting so agitated. ** * ********** ********** ** ** **** ********** ** *** **** ***** ** *** ***** ** ***** I would never recommend this doctor to anyone, * *** ******* *** * ****** **** *** *** *** ********* ** ** ********** ** ******

I had been feeling dejected after receiving an incorrect diagnosis from another doctor regarding my rising creatinine levels, just weeks after a transplant. However, upon reaching out to Dr. Sarin, he immediately put me at ease and took charge of the situation.
Dr. Sarin listened attentively to my entire case and asked me how I felt physically. When I told him I was feeling fine, he reassured me that I was, in fact, fine and that I should leave the report and numbers to him.
It has been five years since that day, and Dr. Sarin has been a godsend in some of the most challenging circumstances related to my health. What amazes me most is his memory. He remembers his patients (at least, me), their conditions, and complications, even years after treatment. I would recommend him highly to other kidney patients.
I understand that some people may not appreciate Dr. Sarin's direct communication style, but I believe he always has the best interest of his patients in mind. Overall, my experience with Dr. Sarin has been life-changing, and I cannot recommend him enough to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, caring, and dedicated nephrologist.

I consulted Dr. Ashok Sarin for my father's kidney issues after his creatinine levels had risen significantly. Unlike doctors at two major corporate hospitals in South Delhi who immediately recommended dialysis or a transplant without considering conservative treatment—Dr. Sarin took a more thoughtful and balanced approach.
He gave us hope and reassurance that the condition could be managed through medication, diet, and lifestyle changes. Since then, my father's creatinine levels have stabilized.
I highly recommend Dr. Sarin for his compassionate care and dedication to explore every non-invasive option. His patient-first approach truly sets him apart.
