suffering from a chronic anal fissure for over six months, and the pain had made my daily life unbearable. I was very nervous about surgery, but Dr. Ashish sachan took the time to explain the laser procedure clearly, which really eased my anxiety. The surgery was a day-care procedure, and I went home the same day***The post-op pain was minimal compared to what I expected******just some manageable discomfort for the first 2-3 days, largely thanks to the sitz baths and medications prescribed. It******s been [2 weeks) since the surgery, and I am completely pain-free and back to my normal routine. If you are struggling with a fissure, I highly recommend Dr. Ashish sachan for his expertise in laser treatment.*

Dr. Ashish sachan was incredible. He took the time to explain exactly why a laparoscopic approach wasn't ideal in my case and was very realistic about the recovery time for open surgery. The hospital staff was professional, *** * **** * *** ** **** ******

\"Dr. Ashish sachan performed a stent placement for my father to manage a biliary obstruction. The doctor was compassionate, professional, and very thorough in explaining the palliative benefits of the procedure. The stenting successfully relieved the jaundice and improved his appetite and overall quality of life. Even when we had questions during recovery, the office was responsive. "I cannot express enough gratitude to Dr. Ashish sachan and the entire transplant team. After navigating months of uncertainty with end-stage liver disease, we opted for a living donor liver transplant, which was a deeply emotional and complex decision. Dr. Ashish sachan was incredible from the very first consultation.

\"After a severe burn injury, I was referred to Dr. Ashish sachan for specialized care. They provided a detailed assessment of my burn depth and immediately initiated a treatment plan that involved [e.g., Integra grafting\/specific wound care]. I was worried about mobility afterward, but the focus on both healing and reconstructive outcomes was impressive. The follow-up care has been excellent, and my healing progress has exceeded expectations.\

Dr. Ashish sachan 's advice to walk immediately helped the gas pain, and by day four, I was able to stop the prescription pain meds. It’s been three weeks, and the 'killer' pain I had before is completely gone. I have had some minor digestive changes (some diarrhea, as warned), but managing my diet with lower fat intake has helped tremendously.

\"The surgical outcome was successful, but it is important for others to understand the magnitude of this commitment. Dr. Ashish sachan was highly professional, yet the evaluation and recovery process is physically and emotionally demanding. The team was clear about the risks involved for a living donor, and the presence of an Independent Living Donor Advocate provided an extra layer of support. Prospective donors should be prepared for a significant recovery period and stay closely coordinated with the medical team throughout the journey.\

Dr. Ashish sachan was fantastic. Unlike other surgeons who just wanted to cut, he actually understood the root cause (the deep cleft). The flap approach significantly reduced the tension in the midline, which was the cause of my previous failures. The scar is off to the side, and the natal cleft is much shallower. It feels secure, and the recurrence anxiety is finally gone.
