Dr. M.T. Arif is very gentle and helpful. He is intelligent in his field, always provides good guidance, and gives the right instructions for any disease. I am very impressed with him, and the medicines he prescribes are effective and minimal. Thanks to Dr. Arif for being in my life.

I am very pleased with my experience at Sevadham. At wrong side of 40 and living a fairly stressful life, with an innate crankiness This time (My first time at Sevadham) was a world away from previous experiences elsewhere. It was good to be treated with professionalism and care. the doctor and all the other employees of the Dham made me feel that I was in safe hands and even made me smile when I left. I am truly grateful for the stomach ailments cured, pain in the foot is reduced in the most natural way. And I started to learn yoga. I appreciated their follow-up and willingness to answer questions also. A big thank you to all of them.

Dr. Arif is very friendly. I visited during January 2021 for my back pain (L4 & L5 in spine) treatment. Doctor listened carefully my health problem and explained well about my health issues related to back pain and treatment procedures. I was staying 10 days in Seva Dham plus hospital for my treatment. When I got admitted in hospital I was not able to walk and sit.

However after ayurvedic treatment by Dr. Arif and his team thrypesit , I got relief from my pain with in 5 days. The treatment Kizhi Therapy and Vasti Therapy was given to me . During therapy Dr. Arif was fully helpful and he also involved in therapy .

After 10 days treatment and medicines given by Dr. Arif , I was relieved 80% of back pain .

Ever month I am going to Seva Dham plus for my one day therapy. It is very necessary for me. After that I am fully recovered from my back pain. Hospitality of Seva Dham plus including stay and food is excellent.
