Dr. Ankita Gupta

I am a patient of Dr. Anikita Gupta. I have had two endoscopies, and another procedure done for gastro problems. She is very efficient, explains things well, and runs a professional clinic, which is carefully following the Covid19 norms. Her clinic is a one stop shop including getting the medications needed. I especially appreciate how well she manages her appointments and sends you a follow-up message the day before your appointment, which is rare in Delhi and comes across as very professional. I would highly recommend her to anyone have a gastro problem.

I was extremely worried and had anxietx attacks every single day cause of my sickness. Which was extereme chest pain, nauseous feeling right after food, stomach acahe, acidity and reflux problem followed by IBS.

Was suffering from bllod in stools for one year and was taking medicine continuously but still Blood was coming.was too scared for colonoscopy but Dr ankita made it easy for me .a large polyp was found and she removed it without any surgery . that day onwards I have not had a drop of blood In my stool.I can't thank Dr ankita enough for helping me in getting rid of thisdiseSe and most importantly by convincing me for the test and made it so so simple . **** ******** ****** ******* Thank you google for finding her for me. ************** *** ***** ********* doctor does not even hear you out completely and tries to rush away the patient. I asked for a virtual follow up consultation from the doctor beforehand, once they have the test reports and she agreed to it. But next day I had to follow up multiple times even for the test report and got no virtual consultation but just excuses on every call and was told I will get it tomorrow. Likewise the previous day I kept calling them multiple times on 3rd day but no consultation and infact doctor's assistant tells me that video consultation would cost another 2000 bugs. Also, the wierdest part is, this is the 1st very own clinic of its kind because here the medicines are not suggested on prescription but on WhatsApp and when asked for a proper prescription, her assistant told me tha doctor has asked me to visit her because she's gonna mention it on the same prescription only that I had for my initial visit. I don't think a person who is already dealing with health problems would be able to this level of pain in order to get a proper consultation. So in my opinion I would not at all suggest this doctor to anyone.
