Doctor does not have any concept of appointment *** ******* ******** ** *** ***** **** **** ** ********** *********
Though appointment was for 11:30, I was waiting till 12 and still receptionist told me that she can't tell how much time it may take. Due to urgent personal work, I requested:
A. for returning my file for coming later on
B. telling approximate wait so that I can go back and come back again.
None of above was accepted and a sort of misbehaving done by calling my son's, daughter in law's and my husband's names.
Dr. Amit Kumar Gupta is a very good and experienced dentist who provides proper treatment and care. The staff is cooperative and well-behaved, attending to patients on time. The clinic is also very clean.
The prescription from Dr. Amit Kumar Gupta did not help me at all, and I had to consult another doctor.
