I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, self-esteem concerns, and interpersonal challenges.With a strong focus on child and adolescent mental health, I address behavioral concerns, developmental and learning difficulties, social challenges, and provide structured parent guidance. Alongside therapy, I conduct comprehensive psychological assessments including cognitive, developmental, and personality evaluations to ensure clarity in understanding and intervention.My approach combines empathy with structured, evidence-based practice, aiming not only to reduce distress but to foster insight, resilience, and sustainable emotional well-being.
