I contacted the doctor to ask about the time slot. He asked me to directly paytm him instead of booking through practo. We had a video consultation which lasted just 2-3 mins. The doctor was least interested. He sent the prescription on whatsapp but refused to discuss the medication over phone. He suggested that the medical store will guide regarding the medication. What sort of a doctor is that!
