Upon meeting Dr. Aashima Chopra, we explicitly informed her that we had already applied ear drops twice and were only seeking earwax cleaning. Dr. Chopra then quoted a charge of Rs. 600 for the earwax cleaning procedure. The cleaning was performed efficiently within approximately 5 minutes.

However, when I proceeded to the reception for payment, I was informed by the receptionist that the total charge was Rs. 1600.
