I have been seeing Shrishti for anxiety management, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She has fundamentally changed how I understand and respond to my anxiety.

I had been dealing with intense anxiety, stress and depressive episodes. I started therapy with a lot of resistance and hesitation as it was a completely different experience, but with the help of Shrishti, i could break out of the shackles of self-doubt and disappointment easily. She not only helped me learn a lot of new and different aspects but also helped me unlearn a lot of things. She always went out of her way to equip me with new tools and techniques, if some didn't work. I navigated most of my issues with ease and reassurance at every step. Shrishti was extremely kind warm and understanding at every step. She helped me with a lot of techniques which helped me in my day-to-day life. extremely grateful for her help and support. Being a college student meant a lot of uncertainty with the continuation of sessions both financially and emotionally, but she always made sure to adjust me in her busy schedule somehow anyhow and readily helped me on call when things got too overwhelming. Her calmness and belief in me, anchored me in the most chaotic times, times when i could barely trust myself, let alone expect anyone else to, it became my voice of reasoning. I am extremely grateful that my first experience of therapy was with Shrishti, i just love her so much.
