I have visited there 2 month ago nd I have been waited long tym ...docs is friendly but she gave me 2.0 access ***** ** **** ****** *** *** *** ***** *** ******** ***** ** it cost me very expensive so I would not suggest her again it was very bad experiences

Visited the clinic for the treatment and surgery for my daughter Ms Indu Sarath. Well explained by the Doctor and answered to all queries in a well satisfied manner. Well equipped clinic with patient friendliness and care from the entire staff. Patient recovering well.

Hi Guys, I would like to share my experience on a visit to Shreya Eye Center, First of all I would like to give Many Thanks to Dr. Rakesh Gupta and his team ** *** ** ********** ** ** *** ** *** **** ****** ** ****** I have been to many hospitals many doctors time to time but I never found the staff this much helpful and cooperative they understand your problems in all the manners and find the way in which you are more comfortable. This was my first visit to there and whatever reviews I read about Dr. Rakesh Gupta he is more than that so friendly he listen your problem patiently and answered the facts in actual he is very very polite in all the manners and the staff is hired by Dr. Rakesh Gupta is tremendous I have never seen the staff like this much polite and understandable. I would really really recommend everybody who's having any eyes related disease must visit Dr. Rakesh Gupta once and one of the best part I have noticed his clinic is totally computerised and the consultation charges are also competitive in comparison to others eye hospital nearby. I would like to thanks Dr. Rakesh Gupta and thier staff once again may God give him good health wealth and prosperity so that he can go more higher then he is now.. Thanks

Got my HD-LASIK surgery at Shreya Eye Centre, surajmal vihar. Dr. Rajesh Gupta the surgeon and Gaurav updadhyay, the optometrist, was very professional and polite and the procedure was absolutely pain-free and comfortable. The results are excellent and the entire process was hassle free thanks to the attentive and caring staff.

My father had surgery in both the eyes he was really very satisfied with surgery. Today was my 3 or 4th visit in clinic. Even I was very happy after getting his surgery done, my father was very much comfortable with doctor as he treated us very nicely.

About staff I would like to say the are very cooperative as well as very well mannered. Thumbs up to Shreya clinic as well as to staff.

We are satisfied with Doctor. My complete family get the checkup of eyes from Shreya center. Moreover I would like to convey my message to Dr.Rakesh that your staff are so humble and full of courtyese. They finely know when what the patient need... They even handle patients very nicely in waiting lounge. They all have smiling face. Thank you for treating us so well.

Doctor Rakesh is very friendly. He aims not just to treat the condition but also to educate the patient about their condition pre and post the surgery. He is considerate of other commitments of the patients and adjusts the appointments accordingly. The staff the very friendly and adds family/homely environment to the clinic.

I had very different problem, I have visited many ENT clinic to get my clinical problem solved. Then finally Dr. Shared Maheshwari referred me Dr.Rakesh Gupta's clinic...Shreya eye center. DR suggested me to get endonasal endoserphic operated due to blockage I was having lot of trouble. Now I am very much satisfied after the operation.complete treatment took almost 3 month.I am still in Recovery stage but m very much satisfied that I got the right treatment. Thank you

Small observations...

The floor is very slippery. Especially for senior citizens the basement stairs are slippery and thus risky. Kindly consider suitable alternative to see SR citizens where they are attended to on priority and without need to climb stairs. Doctor and staff are excellent. Regards.
