I consulted doctor Balveer ji at his cleanic in February 2019 . I came to know about him was through a poster add on kashmeeri gate about an year back. Here I am sharing the practical experience I faced in those years and till june 2022. I used to masturbate so much since adolescent age and was exposed to porn severely. I tried to quit the both but couldn't. The internet pathetic knowledge made up my mind felt like I am suffering from premature ejaculation and small size of penis. My belief became storng because when I used to masturbate by hand, I used to ejaculate very early. Now the second part comes, My marriage was fixed and arranged by parents in last month of 2018. We followed his advise and overcome the two measure issues of ejaculation and weak erections(even no erection and anxiety)

All i can summarize is, I was suffering from performance anxiety , low self esteem , lack of scientific knowledge and less coordination with my partner. I overcame my fear of having sex and compatibility issue. Dr. Sir always motivated me and still motivate that if any problem is there just give me a call. He not only helped my mental health but also cured all my physical problems which were the result of long lasting psychological problems.

Today I am again that self confident girl who is full of energy and life. I had thought I lost myself but Dr. Singh's therapy and counseling have transformed me into an individual who is not only mentally and physically fit but emotionally strong as well. This transformation of mine, I really owe it to Dr. Singh.

I visited Dr. Balbir Singh sir for my sexual anxiety issues followed by my family issues ( with my parents to be specific ), general stress and feeling of low confidence and early onset of body appearance issues coz of all these issues mentioned above. I have been facing these issues for more than 5 yrs. I have consulted various doctors including urologists physicians and other specialists. in a ll these interactions with the specialist I was told that you r absolutely normal and they prescribed me couple of medicines for managing stress and pain and other issues but nobody explained me the cause for my stress pain etc. to be more precise none of the specialists gave me their valuable time to make me understand the process behind those problems . I am also an upsc aspirant (an engineer/MBA graduate). all I would like to say is that my decission to reach out to balbir sir was a great step towards my healing; and I strongly suggest all those who are facing family/marital issues,sexually anxiety or low confidence issues etc to visit him.Our issues might be enormous, might have consumed lot of our time , must have changed our own personality, must have made us negative but if we allow our mind to be patient ,stable, and if we have decided to anyhow come out of the situation then for sure we can come out of it without being under antidepressants, anxiety medications etc. where there is a will there is always a way.biggest lesson taught by him. just don't lose yourself in front of your problems and anxieties.today I am in a situation wherein I m a person who is handling my parents problems and their issues like a small psychologist in my family 😅. all thanks to sir who moulded me in a way to become a more wonderful person. and all changes happened in me within a span of 1 month ( 6 sessions ). with positive mindset and right perception one can overcome his/ her problems. just be patient, and don't give up. more than my body my mind was affected because of the pain anxiety and other issues. now I am in a path of controlling my mind instead of insecurities and negativities controlling me.sir will show you the path rest is our job.
