This was the most neglected appointment I have ever got

The doctor told me he will what’s me the details for required test and all medicines on video consultation but nothing happened neither he called back so it was totally unexpected on video consultation

Prescription was uploaded on practo immediately after consultation. Your mother's all concerned were answered and after call disconnected Dr called you again and insured any remnant history and symptoms. Same can be verified by phone recordings already provided to you on your practo profile. Prescriptions and test details immediately messaged you at the same time as you can see on your practo profile and you can verified time and date also.
