I am genuinely disappointed with the way this consultation was handled. Despite clearly explaining that the medicines we have already been taking are not working, the approach was essentially to rename or change the medication and ask us to try it for another 10 days* **** ** *** **** ** ******** **** * ****** ***** ******** ************ **** **** **** **** *********** ********** ***** ** ************** ***** **** **** ********** Some tests may already have been done, but the doctor did not discuss them, review their relevance, or explain what should be investigated next.**** ** ********** *********** ** **** we had already clearly explained the problems we were experiencing with the current treatment, yet the response was essentially another short medication trial. It left us feeling that our concerns were not properly heard or considered.I cannot understand why the consultation was handled this way* ** ****** ******** ***** ******* ***** *** **** **** ** **** ** ****** ********* ** *** ***** We expected a more thorough evaluation, a clear explanation of the possible causes, and a proper diagnostic or treatment plan rather than simply another 10-day medication trial.

Doctor will listen your whole problem carefully. He will give you time to tell everything which is giving problem to you. After listening everything he will tell you the root cause of the problem. Also in case the problem is not related to brain, he will tell you that also to clear the confusion . I will definitely recommend Dr. Shailesh Jain. Thankyou

Dr. Shailesh is a very friendly doctor who listens to the queries of his patients. I have been doing online consultations with him for the last 2 months as I live outside India. He always responds even to my small queries. I can also see some improvement in my headache. Thank you, Doctor.

Our first visit to Dr. SHAILESH for headache. He explained the cause well and listened to us very patiently. Even though the clinic was crowded, he never rushed into concluding the discussion and giving away the prescription. He is a expert in his field. He explains about the problem in detail and handles the patient with great effort. Makes us feel like home and is very friendly with the patient. Give appropriate time to each patient . I would highly recommend as I was totally satisfied with the treatment given to my brother.

The doctor was too busy to be bothered to talk. He was moving while having a video call with me going from one room to another. He only listened to what I had to say and just prescribed me medicine on the basis of that without properly consulting or explaining my symptoms or treatment options. If I have doubts about my medical condition I at least expect my doctor to listen and see if my problems are genuine or not. He wasn't any help in that regard so would not be going to him or recommending him again.

Doctor consult very gud ,nd treatment is gud,nd we r suggest every problem like my headache,vitamin etc
