Sushrut Super Speciality Clinic, Araghar

Dr. Tarique Naseem is a good doctor, and I am satisfied with his medical consultation. However, my experience with the support staff at Shushrut Clinic, Race Course—especially the assistant, Saif—was very disappointing.

I was asked to send my wife’s (Neha Negi) reports on WhatsApp, with the assurance that they would be shown to the doctor. However, despite calling 3–4 times and repeatedly following up, the reports were not shown to the doctor.

I also informed them that my wife had to travel to Tehri for her job and requested that the reports be reviewed urgently. The next day, Saif told me that he was busy with his own work and asked me to come on Monday. I explained that my wife had to report to her office in Tehri on Monday and requested his help, but he simply said that nothing could be done and that we would have to come on Monday.

Due to this lack of support and timely response, I was left with no option but to consult another doctor regarding my wife’s reports.

While Dr. Tarique Naseem is a good doctor, the clinic’s support staff needs to be much more responsible, responsive, and professional, especially when dealing with patients who require timely medical guidance.
