Doctor is very experienced , friendly *** *** ********** ** **** ****. All the issues are handled with care.

Firstly, the doctor was late and did not respond for 15 minutes past the appointment time. Secondly, I had booked a video consultation and the doctor was unavailable to make a video call. Lastly, after a waiting period of 30 mins, even though I booked an appointment, she randomly advised some medication over telephone. The doctor's behavior was utterly unprofessional and I regret booking a video consultation with this doctor. I wouldn't recommend such a doctor to anyone.
