I recently went to Dr. Das for * ****** Fundus test- which is a part of my regular medical examination as a Pilot. The staff is very insensitive, they have no idea how to deal with a patient of 83 +years old, who cannot walk or stand n even sit for long..... we waited for almost 2 hours n a man came asking for more amount so that we can see the doctor soonest. Heights of no professionalism.....
